On the first visit the tehnician spent 3h to fix the washing machine, after he said he fixed it I tested it and it was still leaking. Made an reschedule for a 2nd visit only to receive an sms the day before that the tehnician can't come and to call for reschedule. When I called as soon as I gave the reference number I was put on mute until I hung up on my own. Very bad service!
Simple booking of service on the phone were the operator was gentle , clear and understanding. Great Customer service
The next day MORTEN came to us he was kind, professional and answer all or questions in a simple manners so we could understand very clearly. Great service !!! Well done CJ and thanks again MORTEN it has been a pleasure having you in our house.
Booked an appointment on the phone, gave a date, they never showed up. Remade the appointment, the technician comes, dies no work and tell us to flush the washing machine with chemicals. That resulted in our floor completely wet and had to call again. Then they came and finally at the third appointment a real technician inspected the appliance and detected what was wrong. It took 2 weeks to understand what was wrong and Get a tilbud for repair.
Very helpful and knowledgeable. We had two visits from them and both service agents were good-natured and solved our problem. They went above and beyond what was required of them
Amazing service. Ordered a Rare part for a freezer it turned up very quickly and works perfectly. Few problems with shipping due to importing in to the UK but was all sorted very quickly. Would use again.
