A disappointing mismatch between promises and reality

The organization painted itself as a place committed to strong educational support, but the reality was far less inspiring. Promised resources were inconsistent, and communication often felt like an afterthought. Instead of building confidence, the process created more stress, with delays and vague answers to important questions. What was supposed to be reliable experience turned into a frustrating cycle of unmet expectations.
