Shoes were incorrect size

Shoes were incorrect size. Ordered US11, received UK11. Not the same.

Pretty terrible

Pretty terrible, had to pay for click and collect or shipping on an order over $100, moreover, if I wanted to return this product, I had to also pay shipping cost. So $120 for the pants $10 to ship it to me.$11 to return in to me. They snagged $20 just in shipping costs.

Great service

Prompt delivery of online orders. I had to return one of purchasers at the Tweed City store and the staff were so friendly and helpful.
