Got a €70 gift card not even a year ago. None of the circle k garages will change it saying that they got a new computer system. Gave me a number to ring, can't seem to get any good of them either. Ridiculous, what a waste of money and it's against the law also!! Will never give them business again.

To whom it may concern,
I'm writing this because of my experience yesterday at approximately 4:30 giving you that time for any video or surveillance you may have for review. I went into the store to simply get a fountain drink and a lottery ticket as I do often being that I am a resident of Long Beach.The store employee there, an african American male seemed to be visibly stressed out. He was being rude to customers, treating all customers and not just me disrespectfully. When I was buying my drink he was short with me. I even asked him if he was okay. At this point he was talking to the other employee there about how he knew people he could call that would do violent acts towards people like some kind of street thug. It must have been related to someone else because I had done nothing or said anything that would make me think it was intended for me. In my opinion at this point he was extremely hostile and combative. All I wanted was a lottery ticket and he said it was down and he couldn't do it. When I asked him if it would be fixed tomorrow he said he didn't know or care and I think he said he didn't want it to ever get fixed. I said and because I felt offended that I was the customer and without me he wouldn't even have a job. He then called me an A**hole right to my face and also said that every time I came in there I acted like one. When I was leaving I said he was nothing more than a minimum wage loser and to get a life. He followed me out and stated I was banned from ever coming back into the store. At this point I became so angry I came back into the store and threw my drink at the floor. When I was walking to my car he came outside and threatened me with physical violence. I still have a hard time believing that it all happened. I definitely feel I did nothing to deserve it. I'm glad in a way that he didn't attack me as your company would be facing a lawsuit. This person has absolutely no business working with the public. He is a Toxic and Violent person. If something is not done about it I'm sure that there will be consequences of his actions in the future. It is shameful how this employee acts towards your customers. This behavior is unacceptable and something should be done about it. If you have any further questions please don't hesitate to ask. Thanks for your valued time in this matter.

This is the Statement I sent to the Corporate office. As of now 30 days later I have heard nothing back from it and the person my statement is referring to is still there. It's hard to believe they would do nothing about it and allow this person to continue working there.

I ordered a bacon cheese burger to be told they had run out of burger buns, and would it be OK if it was put in a roll to which I said fine. I received and paid for my burger. I opened my burger to see only bacon and cheese in it. I went back to the shop and told the person I ordered from that she had not put my burger in the roll, to which she told me it was in it. I attempted two more times while showing her the inside of the role that there was no burger in it and she kept replying as she pointed to the bacon and cheese and called it " a burger". I then requested my money back at the till, when I explained why he said it did not make sence. The guy went to her , I am not sure what was said but he did appear to be baffles with her as well. He gave me my money back but 15 minutes of my lunch hour wasted

Well done to Noreen and John at circle k Corbally Limerick for having their coffee machine and service area spotless, cleanest I’ve seen in a long time

Yet again I arrive to purchase fuel , wine , snacks at Circle k Goatstown and for the upteenth time they can't accept cash or is it cards this day .
At least every week if not every other day IT'S BROKEN. IT IS NONEXISTENT , THIS HAS BEEN HAPPENING FOR OVER A YEAR .
ANSWER TO YOUR PROBLEM, GET A NEW IT PROVIDER. IVE NEVER BERN ON APPLE GREEN 🍏 , TEXACO , MAXOL OR ANY NAJOR SUPERMARKET AND GAD THESE ISSUES..PLEASEGET YOUR ACT TOGETHER, YOUR LOOSING BUSINESS EVERY DAY BACAUSE OF YOUR INADEQUATE MANAGEMENT..WOW ITS SAD !

Visited their station on the m8 at Fermoy and found it scruffy and dirty particularly the gents toilets smelled very bad.
Staff pleasant and food ok just needs a really deep clean!

Surrounded by Knackers throwing stones, littering and opening cars to steal your bags, wallets and other items. Absolutely avoid this shit hole

I drove in to use car wash all was going well until the machine swallowed my debut card and displayed Error
I was stuck so asked the guy in petrol station to help he saud I put card in wrong well i didn't he didn't know much about the machine I've been using it years he had to call somebody saudvit could take hours no offer of apology or a coffee or free car wash at later stage
Luckily he turned off carcwash power debit card popped out tg never again customer service bad

Do not trust this company. Their loyalty fuel card is misleading! Their petrol prices are always 2 cents higher than the normal price, but they pretend you’re getting a 2-cent discount when you use their loyalty card. A failed direct debit costs €30—they charge you €30 if a direct debit doesn’t go through, even if they collect the payment two days later. I wish I could give them 0 stars.

Circle K Gorey, off M11, daughter was sick after a trip to the self service, hot food counter on Monday. So went for McDonalds this time around. McDonalds took 25 minutes to give us a burger and chips! At 11a.m. on a Wednesday...wont be going back.

I am not going to leak the location i had my experience in. However i feel as though it is important to raise awareness as this epidemic could affect other locations, I went with a few of my boyfriends to circle K to get some slushies as it was a warm day and we had just been strenuous group activitys. We walked in and immediately felt the vibe was off when the worker gave us a funny look and looked at his fellow coworker who i think was his brother. Anyways we went up got our cups for the slushies and they said dont use the cola machine for some reason even though it was working just fine. We wanted to see what it was wrong with the cola machine because there was no out of order sign or warning not to use the said machine. So we poured it out and to our suprise a 24” carbon fibre dildo was clogging up in the machine and i think it was used… We were horrified and left immediately then workers were loudly communicating with eachother when we we went out. Shame on this Circle K and i hope and imagine this has never happened before and never will again.

I was served by a lovely middle aged man named Colin in circle k in coolcower. Colin was so helpful with assisting me in all my needs and was just fantastic overall. We need more Colin’s in the world

This review is dedicated to Circle K in Ashford. I had an awful interaction with the cashier there, after I had parked to fill up my car with petrol the cashier refused to turn on the pumps, so I went into the store to ask him politely if he could turn on the pump, he said no because he wanted me to drive on the other side, I continued to say that my fuel door was on the opposite side and I would have to reverse into the other one, he still continued to deny my request. I ended up leaving frustrated and late for work, I didn’t catch the cashiers name but I will never give another cent to that circle K and I advise others to do the same.

The washroom facilities are some of the most truly disgusting public facilities I have ever entered. If the smell doesn't knock you sideways, the sheer filth and overall unkempt nature of the toilets will guarantee that you keep a half mile exclusion zone around this premises in the future.
Think trainspotting. Think vile.

Sitting in Douglas watching the Apoca parking employee lurk in his white and blue van waiting to pounce on cars in Circle K. Takes a photo of the cars as people leave and then
clamps as soon as they remain above certain time limit. No obvious signs in plain sight. 125 euros to remove clamp. Horrible exploitation by Apoca and Circle K Will not spend a cent in Circle K again.

Spent €14 for a premium car wash, the dirt remained on the front, top and back of the car. Beside the windows being pristine, a total ripoff! Won’t recommend and will keep people away from it.

Circle K Cashel J8 M8 on 20th August 2024: Visited at lunchtime. It was very busy with lots of families. Toilets and upstairs seating area closed in the main food area. We bought food but there was nowhere to sit down, the only seats were in McDonalds. Equally the only toilets were in McDonalds and these were being cleaned at lunchtime which resulted in a long queue along the corridor for the 3 ladies toilet booths. Floor in the toilet are was left quite wet. Baby changing area was locked. Appalling management.
