I got in about 35 leads - of which 25 of them had bad numbers so just email addresses, the remaining 10 leads were tire kickers who were not serious about buying. Might as well have lit $900 on fire. Save your money.
The leads are actual people. I close at least about 20k - 40K in commissions each year

Great support from my "coach" and the regular support line. Leads were typical PPC internet leads. Converted at less than 1% but maybe that was my fault. Often people were early in the process when they are a CINC lead. I was with them over ten years and recently stopped paying for new leads because retirement is near but kept the CRM for now
