Visited Cilento recently to look for Mother of the Groom outfit. Had a brilliant experience…. Elaine went above and beyond to get me sorted….. sooooo helpful and felt very confident with her advice.
At checkout Kathy was also very helpful …. Really pleasant staff . How nice to have that personal service .

My wife insisted on visiting this shop when we were on our way from Belfast to Donegal for the weekend. Rather than sit waiting in the car I thought I'd take a look in their men's department. I was pleasantly surprised, they had a very good selection of men's casual wear. Good brands like Tommy Hilfiger and Gant were fully stocked and well displayed. As well as clothes they have all the accessories including footwear and jewellery. They also had a decent range of suits and outerwear. We are going on holiday at Easter so I decided to get a few items. Staff were brilliant and I got everything I needed and all sorted in half an hour. Big surprise when paying, my bill was £810 and the girl enrolled me in their loyalty card which gave me £121 off any future purchases. Unbelievable value really, I immediately spent my loyalty points on a new pair of Gant shoes. I took my bags and retreated to the car to wait for my wife. Half an hour later still no sign of her so I nipped across the car park to Bob & Berts for a coffee. Another half hour and I went back in to Cilento and there she was posing in front of a mirror in a red dress. Evidently the staff in the ladies department were every bit as good as those in the men's department as we left with another 4 bags. Who knew you could find such a wonderful shop in Strabane? We'll definitely be back.

Went shopping for gent’s clothes for a holiday. Noleen was phenomenal. She stayed with us the entire time, worked out the gent’s style in a nanosecond and was so personable. Her suggestions were perfect! All the good brands are there and we were able to do a complete holiday shop under one roof. Cashier staff were lovely too - friendly and warm - something that is sadly missing in the big stores. We had such a lovely shopping experience and will be back for the Autumn season. Top class service! 🌟

The sales assistants were a bit rude, unfriendly and unpleasant. I only popped in for a couple of quick gifts and i took no time at all choosing them but the staff were just really unfriendly with faces on

Class A+++ experience at cilentodesignerwear today in strabane, we went for a mother of the bride outfit and got the perfect outfit, Julie assisted and advised me with excellent tips and help. Very friendly and helpful staff all chatty. We were made a cup of coffee they went above and beyond to give me the perfect outfit and experience, thank you so much , Blanche from Kildare

I’ve shopped in cilento for a few years now and never once had a bad experience until today . My nephew had spilled milk on his clothes and as I was right beside the shop we went in to get him some new trousers . And the looks we received from one of the staff and her demeanour was atrocious . Not only will I not be shopping her again but I will be telling anyone who does shop there

Stumbled across Cilento’s website by pure chance whilst searching for a certain Veni Infantino mother of the bide dress and how lucky was I… they had the dress I had been searching for and in my size. I was delighted but nervous as I had never heard of Cilento Designer Wear in Ireland before and living in the UK could not visit the branch. I went ahead with the purchase and my experience was great. Communication was excellent and when I sent an email with regards to delivery timescale, as I purchased New Year’s Eve, the reply was above and beyond, a lovely lady actually phoned me to advise when the courier would be collecting my parcel. Customer service was fantastic and my beautiful dress arrived, well packaged and on the day they stated it would. I would highly recommend this shop and would not hesitate in purchasing from them again. Fabulous service and wonderful staff! Thank you. 5🌟

It is absolutely not recommended to shop online at this store. I received a blouse that was broken, but can't get in touch with the store. They do not return as promised.
