Shipping is not available to the country on their shipping list
I wanted to order from Hungary, which is on their shipping list. At the end of the checkout I got this red message on their page: Orders from or shipping to your country is not available. Why is the shipping list not updated then? I wouldn't have wasted an hour on their site if I knew that.

Starts great but then dissapoints
Great how the website helps in selecting a cigar which fits ones personal taste and interest. But after going through the entire process and entering the order details the following message pops up: 'Orders from or shipping to your country is not available!'.
The strangest thing to be confronted all the way at the end. As I can select my country (The Netherlands) from the drop-down menu. This is quite misleading and a disappointment!

Used to be great, but lately they have got orders wrong more often than right
Very Pleased
Placed a large order on a Monday, and the package showed up the very next day even though I didn't pay for express shipping. The shipping carton was well-packed, and everything was there, wrapped and sealed.
The cigars showed clear evidence of proper storage, with a beautiful plume on the Tubos I ordered.
With most online shops I've dealt with, I've found that the cigars need to sit in my humidor for many weeks before they are ready to smoke, but all of the cigars in my order were aged and humidified already.
I will absolutely order from this company again.

Bad customer service and suspicious behavior
Received my package with Cuban cigars from Cigarworld.de.. All the quality and Authenticity seals were cut/broken on the boxes. .. Very suspicious behavior from cigarworld. Wrote email's with pictures to cigarworld but got no respons at all... My next move is sending a complaint and pictures to 5thavenue.de. The official Cuban cigar importer. So they know that Cigarworld is tampering with the seals.
My advice is to find another webshop to buy your Cuban cigars. I did and are happy with my choice.
awful customer service
I was a steady customer until there were some items missing from an order i placed online. I repeatedly tried to inform them by emails and was faced with utter indifference : i never got a reply neither an apology. I never shopped from them again and never will in the future.
