Excellent products - terrible customer service!
Placed a large order got confirmation of order and processing of it - product didn’t arrive - emailed them and got the most outrageous and arrogant response - saying payment didn’t go through so “we won’t be discussing this any further”!!
Arrogant beyond belief. They’ve just lost a loyal customer.
