They lied and told us the code was wrong and couldn't be verified at the door. I deliberately stayed home during the Hour delivery slot to receive said parcel. Door open as it was a hot day. Nobody came, parcel due time was 1330-1430, I called at 1500 only to be told this lye. The person in the office apologised. They rely upon it being a package and complaints have to be initiated by the sender..eg Amazon.

My handicapped mom was supposed to receive her package today. The number they have on file to contact her for the delivery was the wrong number not at all the one that was given at the time of the order. It is the second time that we are dealing with their service in in a year and we are running in the same scenario. They don’t bother to step down their truck to ring the doorbell and talk to the client directly.

And once the package is redirected to a pickup center, it is too late to request a home delivery service.

Now I have to scramble my brain to find a solution for my mom to get the package picked up where she lives in South of France, from the US.

Chronopost delivery didn’t turn up, transferred the delivery to a pickup point and pretended that there was nobody home and that they had had a phone conversation with me !! All false and really not a serious company.

They said in advance thaf they would deliver something, so i planned my hole mornig over it, and they didnt delivery. I think at least make the time that they said real, not just bullshit

Minus 5 stars is more appropriate!!
After all the debarcle on Saturday the 4th July, the stupid robot tells me that my package will arrive today, their website tells me that my package will arrive today before 6pm, still no delivery, these people are USELESS

Their drivers don't know how to deliver a package at the right address, they take every packages from the depot and deliver them to the first relay they find.
Even if you specify which relay you want, they will deliver it to another one.

No matter what pick-up point you choose, they send all parcels to one, that makes a big queue even during the heatwave. Not a single occasion!

J'ai négocier avec mon patron pour avoir un jour de repos le jour de la livraison et ce feignant de livreur (03/07/26 à Courbevoie entre 8h et 14h30) est passé devant chez moi sans s'arrêter et ne m'a pas livré ni appeler comme mis dans les instructions de livraison..
J'ai suivi ces déplacement tout le long pour descendre avant son arrivé..
Il n'a aucune excuses puisque j'ai vu le camion passé..

I negotiated with my boss to have a day off on the day of the delivery, and that Beach of a delivery driver (July 3, 2026, in Courbevoie between 8:00 AM and 2:30 PM) drove past my house without stopping and didn't deliver or call me as instructed. I followed his every move so I could get downstairs before he arrived..
He has no excuses because i saw his truck passed by..
