Ships later than promised

The website has a count down clock saying if the order is placed within one hour it will be shipped out the same day.( this is what time the clock was at when I ordered). Four days later it was shipped and three days after that it arrived, I bought the shirt for a company Christmas party. Sadly it arrived after the party. Even if the website and an email from the staff said that it would arrive 3 days before. They stopped responding to my email when questioning why the package has not been shipped as promised,

We are very sorry. And if you have not heard from us, since we started trying to find the packing, it is because we have not gotten any answer from the carrier.
There have been some delivery issues all over Scandinavia regarding transportation.

If the sweater can be used, please contact us again - and write that you've would like to return the products due to is was delayed - and we will find a solution.

Nevertheless we wish you a merry christmas 🎅
