Terrible. I received the wrong watch. No return shipping label provided for return. UPS wanted >$45 for return shipping!!!!i
Do not buy from this vendor!!! They do not stand behind anything basically I lost my money!

Very good experience. I bought a men's watch as a present. Good timing with the delivery and tracking. I do not book the DHL delivery just the normal one and still can track my item with the shipping reference that they gave me.
It arrives in perfect condition and the person is, pleased. So happy customer, very good experience

I love my new watch, it came in perfect condition, packed well. The silicone band feels great, and the blue on blue look awesome. Very happy with it.

I could not be any happier with my purchase from ChrisElli. I am from Australia and the shipping came extremely fast (within a week). I had no issues whatsoever and I am so incredibly happy with the watch I received. The quality of the watch itself and the packaging was beyond my expectations. I really like the watch I bought although I would have preferred a wider strap. in general however the watch meets my expectations: basic and fine at same time. In my opinion, the tracking of the shipment could be improved as for several days it seemed blocked while the day before the delivery the tracking was suddenly updated (perhaps the shipment was unlocked)

my shopping experience with Chriselli was good, the product arrived discreetly packaged after 5 days.
The price of the product was not the best, having found it for €10,- cheaper on another website.
However, i advise the seller to implement the “iDeal” payment system and to review the selling prices of the products.

I received my watch within 1 week - fast delivery. Chriselli's service was excellent with tracking number and regular communication on item status. The item received was exactly as advertised. I will buy again - Excellent seller!

In the pictures it shows that watch comes with case while what you get is a watch wrap in plastic. I bought this as a gift and now I cant give it. No response from customer support

Sorry but we will never buy from you again. I had to pay 50 euros in customs duties .... absurd.

Purchased pulsar watch in Nov 26 as a christmas gift for hubby. I paid for shipping in order to arrive on time and to avoid delay during holiday season. Watch indeed arrived early but was NOT working at all. I've contacted customer service the day I recieved the watch and was instructed to do a return. I spent $78 USD for watch that does not work +$40 USD for return shipping but never heard back from them again!!! Product was returned December 5th, tracking and other proof of shipping was emailed to customer service but never heard from them again. Emailed twice but still have not heard from them! What a RIPOFF!!!!

I bought a Skagen Falster 2 and the watch was so extremely slow that it couldn't be called a smartwatch.
It was a real shock, but OKAY it's possible that a product isn't what you expect, but this....

On top of that, I had to pay for returning it so I can recommend this watch, but also this website to anybody I know
