My daughter was checking their items in their webpage and placed an order by mistake, directly after she done that she tried to cancel the order or contact their customer service with no reply or option to cancel the order as any respectable sites.
After 2 hours they replied to her email that the order cannot be cancelled as it sent to the shipment team!!!
(So this website is faster than Amazon in shipping).
They told her that she wait till receive the order then they can work with her & issue a refund.
While my daughter checking their website she found that intentional orders cannot be returned or refunded :(
She backed to them by this information they replied after a long time that they will back to the shipment team and reply to her.
3 days gone now and they did not back to her by a resolution or by the tracking number for the shipment although many follow-up sent.
I do not recommend to deal with shop at all as it is fishy and appear to be scammers.
We are working with the bank at the moment to object on the money withdrew from my daughter bank account.

I ordered items for them on 8.07.2026 delivery was to be a few days later. After a few weeks I still had nothing and emailed them and on 20.07.2026 I chased them. The response was it would be with me in the next couple of days. 11 days later I chased again but they could not confirm the order and so said they would either cancel and refund or resend. I explicitly and immediately asked for a refund and in multiple emails. All I got was auto emails saying order placed again, when I clearly didn't. I have paid not had my money or my order nearly month later. What a horrendous business. To think they are selling religious clothes, far from it are these people. I will never be shopping there again. It's a scam.
