Lauren S is the best customer support rep every time I have a question or want to change something on my subscription she’s quick and gets it done right away. If there was an issue with the order she is always quick to fix and resolve it and then always makes it right with a free offer which is always greatly appreciated! Thank you Lauren S!!

If it is good as you say the first bottle should be affordable. Every one would buy it at regular price if it was good

Choq products are pure and without synthetic additives. I don't need to read the labels to know this. I feel it. I was very sick for a VERYYY long time (15-20 years). I researched anything and everythinggg and finally decided to use ashwagandha to lower my cortisol levels. I looked and tried COUNTLESS brands of ashwagandha and stumbled upon Choq through Shane one day. Decided to give it a try. Thank God I did!! It is 100% the BEST ashwagandha I have tried amongst dozens, DOZENS! PSA - DO NOT GET YOUR CHOQ FROM AMAZON! I ordered ashwagandha from there to "save money" and it is 100% NOT the same. I open my capsules every day and mix it in water then drink it for faster absorption and when I did that with the Amazon capsules, I noticed IMMEDIATELY that the product is NOT the same quality. Get it directly from here! For the record, I became an affiliate AFTER, AFTER I fell in love with this ashwagandha, because it is TRULY TOP QUALITY, so I can comfortably and confidently recommend this to my family, friends, and community. - Laura @heal.with.lau

Choq has excellent customer service in my opinion. Lauren 2was prompt in her responses and made this a smooth and relaxed interchange. Great service from a great company.

All reps have always been wonderful, and today was no different. I received my shipment today and it was a bottle short. I sent an email to Lauren S. explaining. She responded in less than 20 minutes apologizing for the packing error and said the missing bottle would be on its way directly. I got an email around 2 hours later saying it was shipped!! I’m very pleased with the products and especially with the customer service.

Lauren researched my question about my order being returned as undeliverable prior to responding to my inquiry. She had updated information to confirm it was an error on the part of the carrier. Issue resolved and package received.
