My Journey
Since the beginning of my journey, I knew that it was going to take baby steps and that it was going to be hard to accomplish my goal of 0 drinks, but the help of the staff and even AI checking on me day by day was very important, I had my falls by I stan up and start focusing on what is more important for me, it took 2 years of bad experience to start drinking everyday, but fortunately with this treatment it only took 30 days for not to feel the urge of drinking, right now I'm still struggling thinking that probably one drink won't be bad, but at the same time I won't back down, I don't want to lose more days of my life doing something I will regret later on.

The Horizon program is good
The Horizon program is good. It was difficult getting started. I wish that Horizon would have submitted this to insurance. I would recommend that any one interest would seek another program that would submit this to insurance before starting with Horizon. The Horizon program would be better if submitted to insurance.

It was so awesome to have the daily check in! It is amazingly helpful to have that accountability! Could I lie to the AI chatbot? Sure, but that helps no one, most especially me!! So when I would falter or have 1 too many, it was excellent encouragement to get that positive feedback! This program really does work! But only as much as you let it!!

Great Guided Experience!
The integration guide was compassionate, patient and understanding. The sessions seem to really be helping with my depression where other treatments did not. I have treatment-resistant depression. I highly recommend Choose Your Horizon!

The pills are not working for me
The pills are not working for me. I can drink as much as I want with no consequences that was not what I was looking for. They didn’t help with the cravings to start. It didn’t make me sick at all with to much drinking and that was what I was hoping for.

I would have never thought, to be down to 1 drink, even 0 drinks , a day before this program. I definitely see the light at the end of the tunnel now and don't feel hopeless anymore. Would highly recommend you just have to be committed.
