Needed to match a lamp table with a coffee table I had already purchased elsewhere. I found one exactly matching on cfs website at a reasonable price and regular updates on delivery. I was exceptionally appreciative of a follow up call to make sure all was in order. I would definitely buy from here again.

Absolutely fantastic service through out. Firstly got an email after I ordered to confirm a delivery date. On the actual delivery date I got a phone call from driver saying how long he’ll be. Item arrived safely inside my house inside a wooden crate. Opened it all up and it was packaged brilliantly. Really happy with delivery and service

Beautifel pair of light oak nest of 2 oak tables. Well made and sturdy. Arrived well packaged and in perfect condition. I would recommend this product. Also excellent price = £131.00 including free delivery.

Incorrect expected delivery date and it keeps being delayed by 2 weeks on a few occasions even after I raised an issue. When I cancelled the order, the staff then confirmed that refunds are usually processed within 7 to 10 working days but when 10 working days have passed, I had to email them again to then be told that the refund will be processed at the weekend. The whole experience has been a joke - avoid this company.

Really pleased with this purchase. Very comfy garden Bench. Delivery and notification of time slot was very good. I would definitely recommend the Bench to others.

We recently received the Axel TV Unit in oak. It is so beautiful.
We purchased from CFS as they were recommended by a close friend, and she was right. Customer service from start to finish was excellent. Communication re progress of delivery the same.
The delivery was trackable and arrived exactly promised.

Very happy with our outdoor table we have just received. Delivery was excellent with an arranged date and a phone call when ten minutes away. Also the delivery men carried the heavy package round to our back garden for us. Only misleading thing was the table was advertised as in stock but then took several weeks to arrive as apparently had to come from Denmark. Maybe this needs pointing out at the point of ordering. All in all though very pleased now it is here.

Delivery a little slower (12 days) than the advertised 3 - 5 days but it was definitely worth the wait. We are absolutely thrilled with the Milan marble coffee table. Friends have commented that it looks stunning, stylish and expensive. In fact, we are so pleased we have also ordered the matching side table.

Delivery guys were so helpful, which was much appreciated as this is an extremely heavy piece of furniture.
