I ordered a three-meat catering platter…

I ordered a three-meat catering platter from the Chipotle on Bee Caves Road in Austin Texas. I paid over $225 before taxes and tip. After unpacking the order and preparing to serve our guests, we discovered that one of the meats was completely missing.

I called the store expecting the issue to be resolved quickly, but instead I was met with resistance from the manager (AJ). Rather than listening to my concerns, he insisted that the missing meat was “definitely in there,” making me feel as though I was trying to get free food—which was absolutely not the case. To make matters worse, he ended the conversation by hanging up on me.

I understand that mistakes happen, especially with large catering orders. What matters is how those mistakes are handled. Unfortunately, the lack of accountability, poor customer service, and disrespectful treatment turned an already frustrating situation into an unacceptable experience.

When customers spend hundreds of dollars on catering, they deserve accurate orders and professional service. I hope Chipotle takes steps to improve both its order accuracy and the way customer concerns are handled.

FALSE ADVERTISEMENT

BE AWARE: If you receive an offer from Chipotle on your Rewards list account stating 50% off an entrée, 815 points, meaning that you can get an entrée for 50% off the required points, don’t believe it. After you activate the offer, receive a QR code, and then go to the restaurant to get your entrée for 815 points only, they will charge you the other half in money, so you will be using your points and your dollars to get it even when the Terms and Conditions states: Limit one FREE item per customer.

It happened to me and I have sent multiple emails to Chipotle asking to refund my money or redeposit 815 points to my account, but the customer service employees keep saying that the “free item per customer” means that the customer needs to pay too for the other half. That is not specified on the Terms and Conditions. It is unbelievable! I can’t believe what Chipotle is doing to its customers, and I can’t believe that the customer service employees answering emails don’t care about the customers. None of the people I sent the emails care about the loyal, long-time, rewards customers. And other thing, if two of the entrées were allowed to buy, you will end up using 1,630 points instead of the regular 1,625 points required, and you will be spending a little bit more money, too. It already happened to me. So, there is no real offer. It is a rip off. It is misleading customers. It is false advertisement. I am extremely disappointed at Chipotle and its customer’s service employees who are answering emails, who, as I said before, don’t care about customers.

so here's a problem I had today

so here's a problem I had today. I decided to provide lunch for the office I work in, just to show how much they mean to me. Anyway, back on track, I ordered the triple catering. Well door dash apparently delivers for them, this being said when the food was delivered to me I did not get any steak. so I reach out to Chipotle to see what happened. Sam the person who answered went back and checked the cameras and said the steak was in the boxes they packed. Then he points the finger at the door dash driver. So I reach out to the door dash driver and he said " Chipotle brought the order out to him and he just drove it right over to the office." he also said Chipotle dropped the ball on this. So I call Chipotle back and Sam said I would have to contact door dash support to get a refund. So I did that as well. Now door dash says I payed Chipotle that they are responsible for refund. This is the stupidest BS I have been through in such a long time. As a former restaurant manager for 21 years, I know you try to make things right. Well Sam did not even try to make anything better. I can say you lost another customer today because no one wants to refund or even replace what I never received. SMH I will contact Chipotle corporate office because SOMEONE SHOULD HAVE TRIED TO RESOLVE THE MATTER NOT POINT THE FINGER! I am not happy about this and I will write bad reviews until this matter is RIGHT!

Cold chipotle…

The food was very cold and the sauce was basically water. Did not live up to what people say about it. Nearly no meat to anything else. The only good thing was the people working there were nice.

Overall. :(

This restaurant has been hit or miss…

This restaurant has been hit or miss since opening the Martinsville location. Last night, my vegetables were burnt, with large burnt pieces throughout the meal. If the restaurant closes at 10 PM, fresh food should continue to be prepared and monitored until closing time. Consistency and food quality really matter, especially for paying customers.

Food Safety Concern – Bug Found in Meal

My husband and I have always been loyal customers to the UTC Chipotle location, and we honestly thought Chipotle was one of the better food options at UTC. However, today I had a very upsetting experience.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this truly bothered me. We ordered two bowls, and I ate about one-third of mine at the restaurant and took the rest home. When I reopened my bowl at home and took the first bite, I discovered a cooked bug with legs and wings in my meal.

I am currently pregnant, and the experience was so disturbing that it caused me to vomit several times. Finding something like this in food is completely unacceptable.

We are extremely disappointed and have lost our trust in this location. Unfortunately, we will not be coming back for Chipotle meals anymore.

Had scheduled an interview a week prior. Day prior, had a reminder, for said interview and took a day off. And not even 2 hour before, going too the interview canceled the interview.

Full day of work lost and was not even given a reason.

I stopped in Monday night before they close and ordered a Burrito bowl.I think I should have gotten pico on the steak instead of sour cream. I ended up getting food poisoning.I think that will probably be my last time I eat there. The staff were ok.

I’m at your location in Dallas on London do Johnson Hwy in Dallas Tx. I arrived at 4:08. It is now 4:32 and I’m no where near the front of the line. 4 ppl in the store is insane. When o come and the place is saturated with employees it still takes a long time to be served. I’m absolutely out done with this. After a long day of work all I want is Togo home and eat. It’s a bummer to stand and walk a 10 hr shift and get here and be greeted with mediocre service…

Gone probably 50 times at this point…

Gone probably 50 times at this point and the consistency is what keeps me coming back. Doesn't matter which location the chicken bowl I get tastes the same in Chicago as it did in Austin. For a fast casual chain that size that's actually impressive. The line moves fast once you're in it. Takes maybe 3 minutes from ordering to paying even when it's busy. And the portions are not messing around - one bowl genuinely keeps me full for hours, which at that price point is hard to beat.

Started customizing more recently, extra fajita veggies, light rice, double salsa - they never complain, never charge extra for most of it. Guy at my usual spot remembered my order after like the third visit. Small thing but it sticks.

I use chipotle every time i'm at work

I use chipotle every time i'm at work. I didn't have any problems before, but recently I have had nothing but bad experiences with them. Every time I try to order Chipotle, no matter what address. I'm using or no matter what store is coming from. They cancel my order every single time. I called corporate, and they did not help me. And I had some guy who barely spoke english who didn't want to help at all. No one knows anything. Doordash says it's chipotle, and chipotle says it's doordash. I get the runaround. Try to make a $75 order the other day. And they keep canceling it for some reason and i'm done. The only way I can get it is if I go in myself. I can never doordasdash when I'm working or at home for my family. Such a disappointment.

The Cinco 26 promotion was a failure

The Cinco 26 promotion was a failure. It didn't work unless I ordered online. I tried, but I couldn't enter the code and the line backed up. The company should not offer a promotion if it doesn't work. The bathroom was filthy too.

Disappointed with the Raynham location

Disappointed with the Raynham location. The staff is consistently rude and makes guests feel like an inconvenience. There is a major rush to get people through, and the communication barriers at the counter make it difficult to even place a simple order. I’ve given this place several chances, but the negative attitude of the employees makes it hard to return."

Changed recipes?!

Husband picked up a shredded beef burrito and (what used to be) their fabulous lime chips and fresh salsa for me. The last couple times I ate there the same order was not very good. No change again this time. Taste was flat, cheese was grainy(!) No flavor. Lime chips had no salt and no lime and I didn’t get the fresh salsa- they came with some green salsa that I didn’t even try to eat. Guess I’m not going to any Chipotle again- waste of money. They used to be so good! This store was in Duluth, Minnesota.
