Amsterdam Stag experience 😁
My good friend made a booking through Chillisauce last year for his Stag do, as soon as Chillisauce received all of the names of people participating they were helpfull with all the info on booking, what we were all taking part in, expenses and the itinerary for our stay. They found us a clean well looked after hostel in Amsterdam, with guided pub crawl, go carting and an amazing all drinks free canal cruise. Great weekend !!! Great City and would recommend Chillisauce for any stag/hen party.

Great experience! Two points to improve is pick up point for the Dublin bike tour as this was confusing as no cark park to meet at and gate staff at the Guinness Factory initially had no details of our party.

Absolute rip off easier to do it yourself. Joined a stag party and saw this as the mothod. Paid £160 for two nights in a ibis budget triple room 3 sharing, In portsmouth.
I can get the same weekend for a room on my own for £64 per night. £160 quid for a bar pass - for two bars in portsmouth S&L and liquorist. Neither charge entry. A 2 course meal in s&l
Save yourself money and do it yourself.

We are sorry to see that you have left a one-star review and are unhappy with the price you paid.
Your lead organiser was satisfied with the quoted price and confirmed the booking on behalf of the group.
The total cost of £163 covers two nights in a triple room, a two-course meal at Slug & Lettuce, the Stag Stitch Up life drawing activity, a bar and club pass, and your contribution towards the stag’s place.
While we appreciate that you feel this represents poor value, we do not share this view. If you had been unhappy or no longer wished to attend, you could have been removed from the booking prior to the balance due date of 27 January 2026.
We can also confirm that when the hotel rooms were booked in November last year, they were secured at the best available price at the time on a fully flexible rate. This flexibility allows for changes to group size up until the balance due date.
Prices found online are not directly comparable to group bookings, as these are often last-minute, non-refundable rooms offered at discounted rates to fill remaining availability. We always secure accommodation at the best possible price available when the booking is made.
Once again, we are sorry that you are unhappy with the price and hope you still have an enjoyable time in Portsmouth next month.

Rude Account Managers - incorrect response to review from Chillisauce
Prices kept on increasing from initial quote. When questioned about it they become very pushy in nature. 2 minute research on some of the pricing of certain bookings and they are putting quite a lot on top of it. They become very defensive when notified of what the price actually is. Without notification they cancelled the booking and issued refunds for those that had paid deposits. Very unprofessional behaviour. You would think this group would get a good rate but turns out they either don’t get a good rate or are very shady on what that is. Totally inaccurate response from Chillisauce below. 👇

I am sorry to see that you have left us a two-star review.
After looking into your booking, I can see that you requested to change the original hotel, which is we were happy to help with.
However, after checking availability for the new hotel we found out that it was fully booked. Therefore, we contacted you and then you opted to change the booking to an activity only package, and because of this, there were guests who decided to remove themselves from the booking.
Due to the changes made to the booking with both the accommodation and the number of guests, this caused a fluctuation in price.
Ryan then contacted you and you agreed to cancel the booking in full and accept a full refund, inclusive of deposits, as a gesture of goodwill as we couldn’t offer what you wanted. I can see that everyone’s refunds were processed yesterday.
I'm sorry to hear that your booking process wasn't as smooth as expected, and I hope that you manage to get something sorted out with the guys on the stag.

Matthew has been great from the get go, he keeps you updated throughout with payments, excursions etc. We had a slight issue with booking the hotel we wanted but Matthew was there to save the day! Great company... But Matthew makes it greater!

Chilli sauce did all the work, subtle reminders every now and then about balances to pay and what activities/accommodation we were booked into and what was around us. Thoroughly helpful and easy to book through for a stag do.

Abstracted payment collection and booking
Chillisauce was great to use, it abstracted all the booking headaches that come with trying to organise a large party and the hours spent chacing everyone up for money to make a single big payment. As an attendee, it was very simple to just log in to the platform, see the details and make payments as and when I liked. Trying to arrange the large event we had without it would have been difficult to say the least!
