Wasted My Time, Unprofessional Quoting, and Zero Communication (1 Star)
This has been an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience. I initially received a quote that was low but felt inaccurate for the scope of work. I repeatedly requested an updated, more accurate quote, but the company seemed unwilling to revise it unless I agreed to a site survey. This process felt ingenuous, as if they were trying to force a meeting just to provide proper figures.
I reluctantly agreed to the survey and scheduled a specific time, making arrangements to wait in specifically for the appointment. The installation team never turned up.
I later found out they had cancelled the scheduled appointment without informing me. They based their decision on me not responding to a separate, strange email they had sent days earlier asking for clarification on the project's status—an email that was not a priority for me at the time. Despite the survey being officially booked, they unilaterally cancelled it without any notification to me.
My time was completely wasted, and the lack of communication and poor professional standards surrounding their quoting process are alarming. I strongly recommend steering clear of this company.
