Great service

I contacted Chill about insuring our second car. They were were friendly, efficient and a pleasure to detail with. I dealt with a young man called Sam. He was very efficient, rang at the times that asked and responded to my emails quickly. Having had a nightmare experience with AA, including waiting up to 35 minimum for someone to answer the phone, Chill were a pleasure to deal with.

Great customer care from Chill

I spoke with Hannah last week in relation to obtaining documents for my no claims history. Having already spoken to one other insurer for help I then contacted Chill where Hannah just made the process so seamless and managed to sort the situation for me so quickly. She was so friendly and efficient to deal with. Which saved me so much of my time then having to ring numerous other insurers for these details that were required!

I renewed my car insurance through webchat.

I tried to renew online but the system wouldn't let me proceed to the next page for some reason so I phoned and was left on hold for a while. I tried again and ended up seeing the webchat option. I was initially enquiring as I wasn't sure whether I could proceed with the payment via webchat but I received assistance from Daniel who took me quickly and easily through the whole process and I updated and paid my car insurance through webchat. Such a great system and extremely efficient. Thanks again to Daniel. I am all done.

Customer Satisfaction

My experience was great because of the knowledge, kindness, and patience given to me by Shreekar Mankame, when renewing my car insurance.

Quote tool quoted over twice the insurers direct price, then Chill charge me 100 euro to cancel the policy on which cover hadnt even started

Chill Quoted more than double Axa direct price through chill.ie online 1700 vs 600 euro aprox. Make sure you check with the insurer directly before buying a policy here.

Although there is a 14 day cooling off period for online purchases , burried in their terms and condititions is a non refundable broker fee which is charged whether or not you take the policy, and regardless of whether or not they have given you bad financial advice.

Pursueing them for the damages from their negligent financial advice to get the 100 euro back in the small claims courts and small costs involved.

We all need to stand up to these unfair practices.
