Delivery took over a month and was cheap polyester

Delivery took over a month for ordered items. I ordered a t-shirt, sweater and a hoodie, which are all described as "cotton blend" when the label on each garment indicates that they are all 100% polyester. Looks nothing like the website pictures, really poor quality, items are all too wide and too short so do not order from here :(

Do not buy from this company

Do not buy from this company, it is a total disgrace £30 incl shipping for a cheap synthetic product that took 4 weeks to arrive. Came in a dirty screwed up plastic bag that looked like it had been reused several times.

Do not buy

Like many have already said, appears this is a scam company or at best a very poorly ran company.
Cancelled my order after it had still not been dispatched after 3 weeks of waiting and had been told it would be at least another 3 weeks for shipping after dispatch. Company said I would have a refund in 5-10 business days. But 10 business days later and no sign of my money back.
Chased the company about this but rather than just been able to issue the refund customer services said they would "urge" the finance department to issue the refund.
Absolute joke of a company and more likely just a scam. Please don't purchase from this company.

Updated with resolution

Ordered on November 18th 2023 for Christmas. Received order January 2, 2024 and the quality of the items ( 3 tshirts and 1 hoodie) is a joke! It is NOT tshirt or hoodie material but a cheap, thin silky material that is awful!

UPDATE: was sent a response by the company and was given a partial refund without having to send the items back. Customer service was in contact with me quickly and helped to resolve this issue.

Items are cheap and rags

Items are cheap and rags. The company itself is a scam as well as their products. Please avoid. Resolver could not even help as they are a scam and not legit so the bank had to help get my money back.

It's not worth it.

Happy with my Experience

I ordered a sweatshirt for my son on December 8th
I then read on line it might be a scam. I messaged them and got a reassuring email back from customer service. I was then notified by email that my item had been shipped and a tracking number. I was able to tack the process from start to finish. I received the item on December 29th, three weeks delivery as promised. The fit was a bit tight so maybe order a couple of sizes larger. I am very happy with the company. In my experience it was not a scam

Company is legit, not a total scam.

Company is legit, shipping times were dreadful to Scotland. 3½ week wait for 1 hoodie. Main issue is sizes. Either the size guide isn't correct or they mixed a smaller hoodie in with a 2x package but I ordered and based the size selected on wanting a baggier comfortable hoodie and what arrived was not that, I estimate I got a small or a medium and not a 2xl. After emailing and having a small back and forth with their advisors they offered me a $20 coupon and allowed me to keep the hoodie. However as of writing I haven't received the coupon.

Specific quality and printing of the hoodie I bought was rather decent. Couldn't complain if it was the right size.

Update; 5th of January received my coupon. Took a little longer than it probably should have but received it none the less.

CHEAP QUALITY with BLURRY PRINTS.

Received my items today. The material is made from cheap polyester, some of the prints are blurry. Poor quality that only worth $3. Stay away because if u want a refund they make u return it to New York when it was sent from China. Return shipping is not FREE. Buy at your own risk.

Scam Website - UNAUTHORIZED PAYMENTS

Scam website.

Purchased a Japanese jumper through PayPal. Immediately two further payments came out my bank account for "chicwelly.com".

They'll say that they only have one payment through PayPal but I'm guessing they have a scheme to take further payments and will only show you the PayPal transaction.

Got my money back through the bank.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

DON'T BUY, IT'S A SCAM, AFTER "CHICMOLLY" they're trying to change their filthy brand into CHICWELLY. it's a fraud.

update : chicwelly wants to deny what i just said so i figured out it would be good to bring some more evidence of their filthy practices : If you write chicwelly on google you will find many websites that strongly warns people from purchasing anything from them. Be careful.
