Poor service as no guarantee.
Ordered a bracelet from Monica Vinader. It was £250 and broke after being worn twice. Neither Monica Vinader or chicmi are interested. Appalling service.
Would not recommend.

as an independent brand
as an independent brand, Chicmi used to be awesome! I would sell off my extra inventory and make anywhere from 3-5K in a matter of days! All this has changed! I still have the same high quality inventory and variety but my sales have dwindled to just a couple of items sold per sale...maybe making $350. What happened? I notice that they take a long time to pay out now and also haven't posted on social media since March. Seems like a waste of time and effort. Something changed

Do not order from this site. They take no responsibility for the products they sell. I spent hundreds of pounds on Monica Vinader jewelry, which tarnished within months after purchase. Neither Chicmi nor Monica Vinader are accepting any accountability for this. It's fraudulent.
