The Shopping experience can't be worse

The Shopping experience can't be worse! Even if you don't expect your article to be of good quality and you are aware that you are buying fakes: What you get for your money is not even worth the shipping costs and a shame.

And don't dare to send the arcticles back. Even if you calculate the horrendous shipping money you have to pay against the money you expect to get back: They won't accept the parcel and you'll get it back 6 month later.

And in case that you think, Paypal is kind of a guarantee: They are not interested at all.

So - don't do it!

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! They are a total sham. They used a photo from the Sundance catalogue, of a blouse I have been wanting to purchase...and the one that arrived from them is a total piece of garbage. They are cheaters...and I seriously doubt if I will ever be able to get my money back. I am reminded of a phrase: "If something seems too good to be true....it usually is".

I ordered a dress which arrived after 2…

I ordered a dress which arrived after 2 months. The fabric was not as stated, it was 3 sizes too small and was nothing like the style portrayed in the pics. After numerous emails to the company without a response, I gave up on trying to get any satisfaction. NEVER AGAIN will I use ChicHola and will never, ever recommend them to anyone.

I ordered 2 pairs of boots in October 2018, we are now end of February 2019 snd still havent recieved my stuff😡 10 to 20 days delivery. What lies!!! Then a lady emails me after i have sent tons to them and says they would track the parcel and make sure to get it to me and now i get another response saying i must call the post office which ive done numerous times to find it!!!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

What is this crap

What the heck is this crap? Not even close to what I was expecting. For the cheap price i wasn’t expecting high quality but what I received is even worse than I could have imagined. I put everything in the garbage it’s too poor quality to even donate. Horrible customer service and the company’s photos misrepresent what they are selling big time. This is a huge scam. Don’t ever buy from them

DON'T DO IT...ordered shoes in August, finally in January said i want a refund i have waited long enough...trying to get a refund they sent me a bogus receipt as proof that they did refund my card...they said i should check with my bank because they have done their part...I have accepted the loss because lesson learned...i should have checked their reviews before i ordered...THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!

Terrible Customer Service and Poor Quality Items

I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.
I ordered 3 pair of boots in October 2018. The pictures on the FaceBook ad were beautiful! The items arrived after Christmas 2018. The items were poor poor quality, did not have the soles I had seen in the pictures, and were not the size I ordered. I ordered size 10, which is size 41 European. I was sent size 43.
When I emailed to return them for all the reasons above, I was told they could not be returned because I did not respond to an email within 7 days. Well, during those 7 days, I drove horses from NJ to FL and had several tire issues, I injured my hand and had to see doctors, get MRIs and all sorts of medical attention. I own a company and we go out of our way to make sure our clients are HAPPY.

If I could give a negative star I would…

If I could give a negative star I would ... STAY AWAY. Below is an email exchange I had with them when they sent me the wrong size shoe. These emails are when they were bothering to respond. This company is so corrupt. What you order is not what you get. It's made from plastic it looks cheap and it's a rip-off. You cannot trust the pictures that are attached to your order because it's nothing like what you get. I am returning my order as soon as I possibly can and I better get a refund.

Where do I start!? They shipped the wrong size! The quality is the worst thing I have seen out there! I emailed them to return my boots to get my $50 back they said they would only give me 15% back or that if I really wanted to they could give me the return label but I had to pay for it. Of course I said I would pay, they never replied back! I emailed them again and they said 15 days had past after the order so I couldn’t return them. Of course they did not reply on purpose! They truly suck! Don’t fall for it! Don’t buy anything! Please help put them out of business.

Goods were ordered for an upcoming…

Goods were ordered for an upcoming overseas trip. Delivery according to their website is 10 to 20 business days. 20 business days after placing the order I contacted them to find a tracking number.

I was advised there would be a further delay of an additional 10 to 15 business days before the items would be shipped. After advising this is unacceptable and requesting a refund Chichola refused to cancel the order and provide a refund.

I would not under any circumstances recommend this vendor. They fail to meet their shipping deadlines then refuse to give refunds when they still have the goods in their possession.

This company is awful

This company is awful. I ordered in August and didn't get my purchase until December. All of the shoes fit small and I can't wear them and the quality is awful. They refused to give me a refund but did say they would reimburse me %15. When I agreed to take that I haven't heard from them again. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!
