I had purchased a Chicco onefit all in…

I had purchased a Chicco onefit all in one convertible car seat and the foam on the head rest had detached from the seat so I messaged Chicco and they informed me that the seat is not safe to use anymore and they had no replacement parts. They had said I could purchase a new seat for around 30$ cheaper than I had originally paid. There’s absolutely nothing wrong with my seat besides the foam on the head rest which is obviously a defect because there’s tons of people having the same problem so I don’t think it’s very fair that the only option I have is to repurchase a new seat at almost the same price as I had already paid when the problem is not something I caused. I would not recommend purchasing anything Chicco. This seat should have been recalled since so many people are having the same problem.

Do NOT purchase from this company

Do NOT purchase from this company. In October they told me their car seat bases would be back in stock in December, and now they’re saying they’re never coming back. If I’d known that, I NEVER would’ve bought the car seat. What kind of car seat brand doesn’t even sell extra bases and then lies about it? I’m completely done with them. Anyone thinking about buying their products should seriously stay far away.

I had the worst experience with Chicco…

I had the worst experience with Chicco customer service, I purchased a car seat and my daughter purchased the same one, so i wanted to send back the one i bought. I have not opened it at all. I called to do the return and was told that i have to pay return shipping even though I have not opened the package. I tried to explain to the agent that it should not be a charge. she was rude and at me and passed me to another persons voice mail. this is the last time I ever deal with this company. I would not recommend going directly though Chicco. Very bad company to deal with, now I have a $300 car seat I cant use unless I pay this company 60 dollars to return. This company is a rip off.

Chicco bottles are the worst!!!

Chicco bottles are the worst!!!
They leak all the time and do not close well. They never failed to overflow milk in the baby's mouth (even though it says 0month for newborn) which messed up all his clothes everytime he ate using the Chicco bottle. Even the measurement in ml on their bottles is wrong. Whenever I put pumped milk in the storage container and then I move it to the bottle, there's difference 5-6ml in the measurement between their own bottles.
Their pumper is non-hospital grade and comes with one size flange that's super large for the majority of women, a smaller size of flange is not available.
Chicco nipple shields are not recommended as well..
I believe Chicco is overrated here in Lebanon, based on experience in their feeding line products.

Dried milk in new silicone milk bottle!!!

Dear,,

On 10/July/2024, I bought a set for my newborn babygirl (was 6 days old) by Iraq, Erbil branch. Included an electric rocking chair, a bottle sterilizer, a moisturizing cream for the gums & a 240 ml silicone milk bottle. However, when I tested them at home, I discovered that there were traces of dried milk around the rubber base and at a point that appeared very clearly, I definitely believe that it had been previously used then was sold to me again. Although the agent in Erbil replaced it with another clean piece, I think this issue is unacceptable any way because it affects my baby’s health & could affect her life as well. Because I trusted the quality of the materials used in your products, I chose you. I believe that this mistake (lack of control) is absolutely unacceptable & the responsible party must be held accountable. I'll follow up on this matter even if it requires me to communicate with the senior management of Chicco, which I believe will not be negligent in this matter.
I have the invoices and evidence pictures.
Still awaiting for any feedback!!!

My 8 year old Chicco is still the best!

I bought a Chicco car seat 8 years ago for my car to use when I pick up my grandson for errands or visits. Eight years later, it looks brand new and has been a great purchase. The seat is easy to install and clean. It has always given my grandson a comfortable and safe ride. Now, 8 yrs later, it is time to remove the back rest. I called Chicco customer service today, and they emailed me the instructions. The service techs couldn't have been more friendly or helpful. It is a pleasure to deal with agents who are well trained and friendly. And the seat back removal was EASY. Took 1 minute. I'm sure there are other good child seats available, but I wouldn't bother to look for a different seat if I ever needed another one. Chicco makes a quality, sturdy, comfortable seat.

I wish I checked the company’s reviews…

I wish I checked the company’s reviews prior to purchasing online. I bought a new car seat from the website and unfortunately didn’t check their return policy. You can be refunded if they decide the product is acceptable, but they will not refund shipping costs. I went to return the $260 car seat I purchased (brand new still in box) and the cost to ship was $150. I’m sorry, what!??? If you choose to purchase from them, do not purchase from their website. Buy local. That way if you unexpectedly discover you are in need of returning the item, you aren’t at a huge loss. Really unfortunate, especially when you’re pregnant and already trying to save money. Shame on me for trusting that their “free shipping” went both ways. I’m just… I’m so disappointed.

Do not every buy a Chicco product

Do not every buy a Chicco product. Not only are they horrendously poor quality but the company denies they are faulty. How they think it is acceptable to take advantage of people in one of the most vulnerable times of their lives is sickening.

Better buy from chinese retailer

I now own two chicco products, both of which are really bad. One toy plays music that is out of tune!!! The other is a small thing for vibrating a crib, which is very loud, and does not vibrate in any way conducting to sleep. A mobile in vibrating modus would do a better job. Basically, there is no more guarantee in the quality of their products than from any obscure chinese online retailer, which at least are cheap.

Arnaque …

I have never been against the brand and the quality of the products offered.
But chicco.fr frankly is a scam site. I received my order (in which there was a defective product). I contacted customer service and was told that they will take care of the delivery costs in this case. And because I needed an exchange, I was told that I could return all the items with it, and place a new order (so as not to make several return trips).
Unfortunately, I returned 4 items (I paid 103 euros) so I was refunded 84 euros + delivery costs.
I contacted customer service and what customer service!! no response, several hours to receive a response by email (if you are lucky). Frankly, disrespectful to their customers and also liars.
It's a shame for a reputable brand to behave like this, especially with loyal customers.

Mais chicco.fr est franchement un site frauduleux. J'ai reçu ma commande (dans laquelle il y avait un produit défectueux). J'ai contacté le service client et on m'a dit qu'ils prendraient en charge les frais de livraison dans ce cas. Et comme j'avais besoin d'un échange, on m'a dit que je pouvais retourner tous les articles avec, et passer une nouvelle commande (pour ne pas faire plusieurs allers-retours).
Malheureusement, j'ai retourné 4 articles (j'ai payé 103 euros) j'ai donc été remboursé 84 euros + frais de livraison.
J'ai contacté le service client et quel service client !! pas de réponse, plusieurs heures pour recevoir une réponse par mail (si vous avez de la chance). Franchement, irrespectueux envers leurs clients et aussi menteurs.
C'est dommage pour une marque réputée de se comporter ainsi, surtout auprès d'une clientèle fidèle.

Awful

Do not buy from this company. Their customer service is awful! In fact, the worst customer service I have ever experienced! I do not usually write reviews, but my experience with Chicco was so terrible that I wouldn’t want anyone to go through the same. There is no way to contact the company other than via email, the customer service team are rude and just ignore your emails.

This Company Threatened Me......

I bought an item from this company for my baby. 2 years later my baby don't need it no more so I try to sell it online.

"Chicco" threatens to sue me for selling "used" item that belongs to me. I remind them of legal consumer rights & selling laws, so they threaten me and say "maybe, but do you have enough time and money to fight it? " (I don't..)

Last time i EVER buy from this brand. Consumer Beware!

Edit:: If you already own something of theirs, gift it to someone who really needs it or donate it. They cannot sue you for that....

Absent Customer Service

Lack of stock

We bought a next2me dream crib second hand and need a replacement mattress which is a different size to the normal chicco. It originally said coming into stock end of May, now it still says June which is over two weeks ago. They won't reply to confirm or or when the product is coming into stock. Be careful of you're buying a Dream crib as it's a waste of money so far because you can't get a new mattress for it.
