Great delivery service, phoned and asked where to put safely in my absence.
Delighted with my purchase that I had seen when staying at my family's house in England. Have used a couple of times and hopefully will get much more use in the future if we are fortunate to continue having lovely weather.

Delivery drivers were very helpful and informative. Excellent product, I'm very happy and will always recommend Chessington garden centre.

Our delivery arrived when expected, and was delivered into the back garden by a very helpful delivery man. The cobble sets were exactly as expected, and look great.

OK, it's a big place, with lots of customers. The cafe closes so early. By luck we did get cake and tea at 3.55pm. The cakes were on the side, ready to go away for the night. One lot with flies on them and around them,

The garden centre closes at 6:00pm and the cafe at 4:00 pm. While we drank and eat a member of staff was putting the chairs upside down on the tables. We didn't feel wanted as customers and felt rushed.

Chessington has so much more potential. Why is it not used.

Top soil delivered on time

The picture on your website showed the set with cushions at back as well but this was false advertising as these cushions were not included

Good quality product and top customer service all round.

Bought a cantilever parasol to be delivered.
Unfortunately due to work commitments I was not available for the allocated delivery slot but Alex from Home delivery Team took upon himself to ensure that the parasol was delivered at a convenient slot.

With regard to the parasol I am very pleased with the quality of the product.

Two bulk bags of pea shingle delivered - delivery drivers didn't bother to ring the doorbell (I work from home) to ask where I would like nearly two tonnes of pea shingle delivered -instead, they dumped them on the driveway - IN MOST INCONVENIENT PLACE. On this basis alone, I would never order from Chessington Garden centre again.

My Alexander Rose Chair Cover was delivered safely and on time. Recommended seller.

Ordered playsand for my son’s birthday. The playsand had small pebbles in it dangerous for a small child. When I returned they only refunded me for the unopened bags even though the one bag opened was a serious safety risk and not fit for purpose. I didn’t have it in me to fight this but it has put me off shopping here. Clearly safety and decency are not priorities.

Fast and efficient delivery. Polite and helpful delivery man. Excellent quality compost. Very pleased with it. Will always buy this way in future.

Very easy to order on line for compost, phone call from transport manager to arrange delivery the next day and they had a spare slot that day, which was perfect for me, the delivery driver carried the 6 bags into my garage and was very helpful.

The quality and cost of the product is market leading

When there was a screw missing for the assembly of the parasol base, the outdoor team went out of their way to help us.
