Customer services are hopeless. Do not even confirm that they have received a query. That and the fact that they been let down by Every there so called couriers Who keep telling me that they have had my order since 11/07/2026 and I am still waiting to hear when its going to be out for delivery.
Pharmacy 2 u have been of no help at all in chasing it.

Inable to redirect or recall a parcel after dispatch
I placed an order to an address in London. The person who was receiving the order changed their mind and moved to another address. Chemist Direct was unable to recall the parcel after it had already left dispatch. I had to place another order for the same items for delivery to the new address - so i incurred double the cost, This was very disappointing.
