Inable to redirect or recall a parcel after dispatch
I placed an order to an address in London. The person who was receiving the order changed their mind and moved to another address. Chemist Direct was unable to recall the parcel after it had already left dispatch. I had to place another order for the same items for delivery to the new address - so i incurred double the cost, This was very disappointing.

Need to change courier
The company itself is excellent, great prices, wide range of products and fast delivery. However, Evri let them down. My package was open and had clearly been manhandled. When you're ordering medication, this is unnaceptable.

Their website is a disaster
Their website is a disaster. You need to spend 2/3 hours doing a simple order watching screens go blank and return 10 minutes later. I spent one hour trying to pay for my goods and finally gave up. If your order gets through, yes, you eventually do get your goods but delivery to mainland Europe is often pathetically slow.
