Totally disappointing experience, 1000$ down the drain.
I arranged purchase of a product with a company called Hebei Nengqian Chemical Import and Export Co. Instead of 1,5 gram (1500 mg) they sent me 10 mg - 1/150 th of what we agreed. Then they told me they will send me another gram for another 1000$ for a total of 2,5 grams in total with the next order.
Of course I did not accept this and then turned to the platform through which I found this scammy company - Chemical Book. They "contacted" them, told me some ridiculous excuses about the "company thinking how to compensate me" and it's been days since that last message. They just disappeared like Hebei Nengqian Chemical Import and Export.
And I just consider my money lost at this point - do not bother to mess with them, you will be utterly disappointed.
If there was a way to give negative stars I would. I was trying to make an api order I sent over
$ 900 to the company Anhui Witop biochem ltd. After receiving the money they kept changing the description of what the products were and telling me to purchase much more expensive ones instead that I could get from my other suppliers for a much better price. With all the changing of stories and obvious lying I asked for a refund . now they refuse to answer my texts. I contacted the chemical book customer service who has not refunded me or given any timeline for it to happen. It has now been over a month and a half. Thus far i would consider this theft. And would advise people to be vary wary of this platform. If anything changes I will update my review. All of the other Chinese platforms I have ordered from have been a pleasure to navigate. I'm sure this platform would do better in the long run if they enforced fair business practices.
If anything changes like I get my money back I will update this review.
They are scumbags. Advertising as US 30/KG and after inquiry they change price to 5000 US for kilo . Cheap stupid Chinese tactics to hunt customers for maybe we can scum later.
