CAR TO WRONG ENTRANCE DESPITE REMINDERS
I booked online but called the landline number specifically to request that the driver be told to come to the Grove End Road entrance of South Lodge. Instead the car was dispatched wrong to outside Abbey Road studios. It took about 20 minutes to sort out, causing much stress both for us and for the driver as well. Having used your service for many years to and from the same home address, I am very disappointed that EVEN despite phone reminders about the entrance the car has not been sent to the requested location the last 3 trips!

Our early morning drive to Terminal 5 was perfect.

Car was late despite booking in advance. Very disappointing as this happened for both pick up and drop off. Won’t be using service again.

First time visiting Wembley Stadium and I was initially a bit concerned about using a taxi firm—but this experience completely put my worries to rest.
Communication was excellent throughout, with updates via email, text, and even a phone call. The driver arrived slightly early, which was a great reassurance. The car was clean and comfortable, and the whole journey was smooth and stress-free.
No need to look anywhere else—this is a five-star service!

My taxi was nice and early so I got to the airport in plenty of time. The driver Quasar was very polite and helpful, with a comfortable car.

Booked online, a saloon car for four passengers and 2 items of luggage to go to the airport, intending for any additional luggage to go in my personal vehicle.
Driver turned up in VW Sharan and started to load vehicle beyond the two items of luggage. At no point did he mention that there would be any additional cost for the company sending a larger vehicle, not requested by me, accommodating all the luggage. Instead he took covert pictures of the luggage and sent it to the office stating that a saloon vehicle could not have fitted all the luggage. The first I knew anything about the additional payment was when the office phoned, in the early hours of the morning, asking for more money.
In conversation with the office, I was told that the driver/vehicle sent was the only one available. That is a decision the company made without consultation. If the company was unable to send the vehicle requested, simply discuss it with me allowing suitable notice to cancel if that turned out to be my final decision. Even in the unfortunate event of the company withdrawing their service, all the luggage could have fitted in my vehicle and the passengers could have taken the train to the airport. The company tried to make out that the only option open to me, would have been their driver/vehicle.

Response (Sept 17th):
Just to be clear, there was no issue at all with the journey. The driver arrived in good time, luggage loaded up, passengers seated in vehicle, and everybody with luggage, arrived safely at Heathrow T3.
To reiterate my grievance: When a customer books a particular vehicle, don't send a vehicle costing more money because it was the only vehicle available, without consulting the customer beforehand regarding cost. Then, after completion of the job, ask the customer for more money.
Please re-read the review.

1. Driver was not visible when I got through customs, albeit he says he was there. He was quite nice.
2. Phone office and had nothing but hassle. Did not know name. Have record of booking. Got into and argument. I really did not need this hassle after a long flight.
3. This followed previous hassle I had in trying to arrange the taxi a few days beforehand.

Good experience with driver Jamil who was on time at our pick up from Heathrow Airport. He was courteous and professional.

Good professional service: drivers are punctual, drive safely and the cars are clean and well-maintained. Will definitely use them again.

On time, manner driver and helpful

Easy to book online , price confirmed to be paid at drop off . Good communication with the driver who arrived early as there was traffic . Arrived at airport with plenty of time to spare . Very pleasant helpful driver .

While the driver was polite & accommodating, we felt the customer service was poor.
After successfully booking, paying & receiving confirmation online and via text 2 weeks before the date of our appointment. I sent a courtesy message on the day of our appointment, just 5hrs before the booked time I received a call to say that the cost of the booking had gone up by £30 & that payment must be received immediately in order for the booking to go head.

Not only is this very poor communication I ask the question as to whether the driver would have even shown up if I had not sent the message I did.

Also why had the company not called me prior to the appointment to raise these issues.

We were told there had been a glitch in the online booking system, which I struggled to believe as I was also on a call to an agent at the time of the booking and confirmed the booking information & quote price to the agent.

I will not be using this service again.

I highly recommend Cheetah Cars. They have never failed me and are very accommodating if something unexpected happens, like a time change or airport change, etc. Online booking is very easy and they communicate with you at every step. Drivers always drive on the speed limit, which is a plus! Will always use them.

They are very punctual and efficient. But a bit expensive

The driver couldn’t see or hear very well and was breaking all the time over nothing. He took us on a very circuitous route through neighborhoods with lots of speed humps. My toddler got so car sick, she threw up everywhere all over the car and our clothes. He was an absolute horrible deiver

Shafiqullah arrived early and was hugely helpful with my luggage. His car was spotless and his conversation delightful and informed. I would highly recommend both him and Cheetah Cars and will definitely use this service again. Well done!
