When I was booking I asked for a poolside side view room they told me it was £798 then took £989 out of my account. Said I wasnt happy but couldn't refund as gone through and I have been booked an economy room with no view. Dont use these at all

We looked on cheeky trips and found a holiday at what was supposed to be a 4 star hotel in Turkey everything included and all inclusive £255 each 4 people sounded great. So i make the call to book the trip during the booking process i was given a price of £1200 payment was made then i was told the rooms where not available and we would be required to pay a extra £200 each and i was told it was because the payment was slow coming through due to security checks on my end but it looks like they pull this trick on everyone who books. I was told the payment i was made was non refundable and i could either pay the extra or sort out the accommodation separately from my flights. The hotel certainly wasnt 4 star and the all inclusive was crap

Really should be zero, cheekytrip since you are a comparison site and we got directed to blue sky holidays from there, i would suggest you do not associate with these scam companies asap!! Yesterday we tried to book a family holiday, we chatted online, received a total price, they seemed professional, giving us the atol no! So we agreed to go ahead! He asked all our names for the airline ect, then sent an email from global holidays with an extra £500 on the grand total!! It seems we hadnt paid for the hotel, and needed to phone up and pay separately ! At this point i went in the cc app and froze my card!! He then tried to say he told us that he had told us prior to booking! However my daughter was on a 3 way chat and had recorded the conversation! He then sent another email to help us! Still more money and different dates that we couldnt do!! So luckily they didnt get any money, he must have tried and my bank declined the transaction lol! So be warned people if you end up on a live chat with and indian speaking person you might be being scammed!!! They have lots of companies!!

Be careful who you use from your search from cheeky trips. They forwarded me onto sky blue holidays who proceeded to quote me 8599 for a holiday to Egypt. They took 6k deposit from me, 10 minutes later told me the holiday when up to 11k. So now I have no holiday, no flights, no refund! What a scam, all from being forwarded from cheeky trips

Although Cheekytrip is only a broker, or holiday comparison company. They continue to use Holiday Globe . This company are Scammers. They took my deposit and then tried adding £180 in admin fees to my bill. When i complained about this they said they would give me a £150 voucher off my next holiday which they never did. I asked for a refund immediately to which they replied that it wasn’t possible. I had to cancel my bank card and try to get a refund through my bank.

Spoke to a man called Sam. I have also wrote a complaint. He screamed abuse down the phone to me because I found a better price else where for a holiday. Absolutely disgusting customer service!!! Avoid avoid avoid !!!!!! Utter scam artists !!!!!

The reference number I was given is: FH10776
I booked and paid for a holiday as it was advertised. Within 20 mins I was bombarded with recurrent phone calls from Customer Service. Apparently, the room I had already paid for was no longer available, and I would have to pay an additional £80 for an upgrade to a room with a balcony(that I didn't want). After a very heated conversation I felt I didn't have any choice; I was told I would receive a phone call from admin to process the additional payment. I noticed that the final total was much higher than it should be and asked about the additional charges for admin fees. I was assured I would only have to pay for the 'unwanted' room upgrade.
When I phoned back the following day the 'admin fees' had been added to the total which meant I had to pay another £180.
I could have got the very same deal with 'On The Beach' for £571. 00 instead of £751.00.
LESSON: ALL THAT GLITTERS IS NOT GOLD. If it's sounds or looks too good to be true, it is. Stay well away from them , and similar wolves in sheep's clothing.
UPDATE: Cheekytrips want me to validate my review with trustpilot so they can better understand the issue...the cheek! 😮. Excuse the pun.
We have since cancelled the flight with easy jet and reported it to our bank who have agreed, it is fraud, and the company is already red flagged on their system, due to a multitude of similar issues. The bank informed us that the company is known to take money with the card details after the holiday has been paid for. Fortunately our bank is crediting our account back in full.

If it was Zero, I would have given them zero.
Absolutely shocking experience,
Booked holiday with this company to Spain, had to pay additional fees at airport for check in as they didn’t check me in despite me phoning them several times a day asking for boarding passes. Asked for hotel near to airport for transport reason and was told several times, there will be shuttle bus which cost about 20 euros . I asked agent a few times if he is sure as I arrived before midnight. He told me that airport never sleeps. But when I arrived there was no holiday desk open no shuttle bus, nothing at all and I had to pay 100 euros for taxi. No refund for tickets offered and if I didn’t urge them with return flight, would have the same issue
Absolutely horrible experience.
The agents didn’t seem to have a clue what they’re doing. Completely useless and incompetent agent.

We had seen a holiday on cheeky trip, called the company holiday globe who started the booking process, he booked the flights & then halfway through the booking he came back on the phone & told us our room had now been taken by someone else, he then told us it was a further £109 per person for the next room that was supposed to be bigger, well if it is bigger I would like to see the smaller room. Also on our booking it states a standard room. Please be aware of these con artists who will destroy your family holiday for the sake of a few hundred pounds extra. The hotel is dated & in need of desperate repairs.

Horrible company, I booked through them once never again, paid the price advertised then they started throwing additional charges on and then saying they’re fully booked after 5 minutes trying to make me buy the more expensive holiday, I had to stick to my guns and argue with them if they couldn’t give me what they quoted then refund. Won’t ever book through them again.

Avoid this scamming company, take payment then say it’s fully booked, refuse to give you a refund and your made to pay more for another hotel in the area.i complained and completely ignored after a few emails back and forth, got full refund through my bank.
This cheeky trip passes you over to holidayglobe who are the biggest scam site ever,I really don’t know how they get away with it

Nightmare company. My daughter booked a holiday which was advertised and paid extra for a few things (transfers etc) which was fine. Paid £1490 for 4 nights. Note this was short notice holiday (3 days before ). They also phoned and changed flights as they said could not get the child on the return flight which was fair enough as its school hols. Next day still hadn't got documents to check in so rang them and they wanted an extra £88 each (x 3 for 3 people going - 2 adults one child) and said if she cancelled would be £300 minimum but they had already took £1500 and it could be more as its short notice. As we had little option ended up paying the extra.
Absolute rubbish company - AVOID.
When you read reviews it seems they do this often.

honestly don't bother, a 1 star is way too good, they took payment for flights then couldn't supply the hotel as advertised, then refused to refund the flight money, save your money/ AVOID 100% never again, what a terrible service

Reply from Cheekytrip
We did think the price was to good to be true!!
They wanted to add an extra £88, for a different flight, but is was the flight that was quoted on original booking.
Kept going on about how prices are not 100% correct.
Which to me is false advertising.
Finally got put through to cancellation dept.
They wanted to charge £200 cancellation fee!!
You're having a laugh! 😂
The original cost was only £288 pp.
So got onto my bank, stopped any payments going through, ordered new bank card.
Don't try and rip me off!!

If I could give lower than 1 I would. Extremely rude rip off merchants. Tried to book a £300 holiday for 4 which they then raised to £360 each which I accepted and agreed to as they stated prices were subject to change. They took my card details and then raised the price by another £100 each. I did not agree this and tried to cancel. They then became very rude and tried to charge £300 cancellation fee. I refused this and they accused me of ripping them off as it wasn’t their fault the price had raised by 50% more than the advertised price! But they did at least they would give a full refund after and hour of arguing with me. However next day still advertising the same holiday at £300 knowing it was nearer £500. Complete false advertisement and rip off.

We were sceptical about booking through an unknown advert, but everything was spot on, from flights, baggage, transfer & hotel. The price was absolutely brilliant. Will be using cheekytrip for all our holidays now

I understand bags and transfers are additional, but this was just the flights and hotel.
