Had £25 in my account and received a £40 sign up bonus to use on Bingo. It clearly states in the T&Cs that bonus money will be used before deposits. Took my £25 on the bingo games which i only found out when it said i didn't have enough funds in my account to place the next bingo game. Staff refused to refund, then said they need to talk to their technical team about it when pushed further.

I was drawn in by the "Receive a £20 bonus when you deposit & spend £5". I did this and met all the requirements. I double-checked those details to be absolutely sure, as I went into this half expecting a 'get-out' on their part.
Needless to say, the £25 bonus has never showed up. The offer has also conveniently disappeared from the 'my promotions' section of the site.
I know these companies exist purely to part us from our cash, but drawing people in with misleading offers is basically a con. Don't waste your money; go spend it on something worthwhile.
EDIT:
Cheeky Bingo replied to my review. It's inviting me to contact them via their promotional facebook page. This invitation is on every reply they've left on their Trustpilot reviews. This appears to be an attempt to advertise their facebook page.
I've also received an email from Trustpilot hinting that my review has been challenged/disputed, so I now need to contact them to verify my Cheeky Bingo account.
Message to Cheeky (aka Ladbrokes) ...
My review was not a request for you to contact me; it is a genuine sharing of the customer experience I've had with you. You have my money now and I'm happy to let it go. Please stop bothering me any further. If there is any threat of this review being removed, I will then respond to your request for my account information, just to keep this review in place.

Thumbs up! They keep offering great deals. So far no bad experiences.

I won 20 free spins by playing Cheeky Bingo’s Maracas promotion game this morning, but surprise surprise - the free spins were of course never credited to my account! I tried contacting their customer support through online chat, but gave up as I waited for 45 minutes with no reply whatsoever. All in all a very disappointing experience - me thinks it’s time to close my account!

ITS A SCAM they let you sign up take your personal details... then let you deposit and give your hard earned money... then they just lock the account with the money in it and you cant even log in to speak to them lol been waiting weeks for my deposit to be refunded SCUM
also be careful as if you get mad they may self exclude you on their website and others without you knowing they are capable of getting you excluded from other sites too then you are screwed
please bear this in mind (i have not even played one game i only signed up and deposited my own money.. they they blocked the account with the money in) lol no wins no play no nothing just straight scamming
"Many Thanks for your feedback, we're sorry to hear you're not enjoying your experience playing with us here at Cheeky Bingo" WRONG IVE NEVER PLAYED OR EXPERIENCED ANYTHING WITH YOU"
(only deposit .. then you stealing it that is it 2 steps)
"i had money".. "now i dont".. haha simple theft is all!
the clue is in the name guys CHEEKY
absolute muppet of a reply that by the way... get hold of us on facebook?.. ive spoke to 30 of your mob and still no refund just straight up kept my money told me they are refunding it 3 times and nothing then back to square one every time you contact them like groundhog day...
they try to wear you down with so much rubbish and lies that you just dread the situation you will lose sleep so you end up just giving them the money to save your own sanity and its not even worth the hours and hours you spend talking to these fools they are getting payed for that time you are not and they know that well.. ive had loss of earnings more than the deposit i couldve worked all those hours wasted
basically if this company was a person.. i would smash its face in
"if you are mugged in the street.. at least you can ring the police"

Only giving 1 star as i can’t give 0.
They are professional scammers. I joined was verified and won £300 - attempted to withdraw and my account was blocked.
Have been in email correspondence with them since and they have been useless.
I have sent them everything they’ve asked for and they just ask for it AGAIN & AGAIN
They take a day to reply to your replies, and they don’t read previous messages so are repeating themselves constantly.
It’s all a tactic for you to just give up, and stop trying to get the money.
I recommend you stay clear from this website, and I will escalating this further to the gibraltar gaming commission as this appears to be a normal practice for them.

50 quid dwn
Games are great looking and fun but u just ain't winning!! RIP OFFS AVOID. After reading your answer to me I decided to give you another go,, another 60 quid dwn. No your games are not fair. I have excluded myself now.

Reply from Cheeky Bingo
I deposited 20 quid the other day, won 60 pounds after long hours of playing. I played again next day and spent another 200 (50 pounds each time) and did never won. Even I am buying the maximun tickets, it is just so impossible to win. I have so many cards for the 1 to go for one line, 2 lines and full house but it seems that it was evading for my numbers to come out as it keeps on stalling to avoid my winning numbers. I thought I can win with the smaller number of players here compared to other site but it's just impossible to win. Closed my account for good as you can't even collect any bonuses.

Its hard enough to get a win to then defrauded by these scammers. Awful

28.94.21 - played megaways beetlejuice and won over £400. Continue to play on megaways Christmas carol and won £1709.40 on 10 free spins.
Balance at that time was £404.24 plus £1709.40.
28.04.21 - request a withdrawal of £2000. Withdrawal declined and account blocked.
29.04.21 - live chat and emails requesting what is going in with withdrawal and frozen account.
29.04.21 - e-mail received requesting copy of driving license. Sent straight back.
30.04.21 - after days of chasing received an email stating I had beeld excluded from a ladbrokes site on 17/04/17 until 17/04/22, this is impossible as I’ve only been on gaming websites since last year but anyway confirmed I do not have gambling issues and am aware of gaming tools er.
2.05.21 - days of emailing and online chat received an email requesting full ID including a picture of me with driving license. Sent.
06.05.21 - again days of online chat and emailing to receive a response requesting PayPal screen shots. Sent.
07.05.21 - requested screen shots of PayPal transactions since opwinding account. Sent.
Also received an email stating they had declined my request to reopen my account and have applied an exclusion on this account and others I am a member of. No reason provided.
08.05.21 - received an email titled your complaint. Email states they are sorry I have a complaint about my withdrawal and have raised a case. A case manager will be in touch in 28 days. Again delay.
9.05.21 - informed taking this further and request the below.
Reason why withdrawal has not been processed
Date withdrawal will processed
Reason why a complaint case has been logged when not requested. This should not affect the processing of withdrawal.
Full written update on why self exclusion has been applied.
Tried to log in and was successful although everything is frozen. Withdrawn. Went into chat and asked is my withdrawal going to be processed and they said no not until your case has been completed.
Another delay tactic over well over a month. I’ve complied with everything they have said and now a further delay of possibly months!
Do not play at this site!!
11.05.21 still no response. They ignore all emails and I see they have responded to the comment after mine???
I have now taken this to every complaints and media platform I can find and will not stop until they pay up!
Avoid at all costs if you want to keep your health.
This site is the worst one I've ever used I won fifteen pounds and it took three weeks to get it back definitely no recomended
I'm in middle of game and it cuts out without warning for maintenance with no info on how long for or anything is it actually tàing the Mick why didn't it inform me before taking my deposit

The name of the site says it all! Cheeky! I review spin sites and this is no different from the rest. Game glitches when you’re about to hit a bonus all of a sudden it will reset itself so that you don’t get a bonus I really don’t know how gambling commission can let sites like this actually get away with cheating people or are they just one in the same thing? All crooks. I’m a strong believer that everything comes to light. Don’t worry good people. There’s most probably an investigation into spin sits by someone like the Guardian newspaper and one day all these crooks will have to pay back all customers competition. I see it now. ;-)

Cheeky bingo have removed me receiving promotions why is that ! Fact that the company is a scam well the owners go suck a dick
Have closed my account won't say why and I had winnings and credit on it I want my money back
On 50 free spins, made £1.18 (based on advertised RTP, should have been nearer £18.00), however made an £8 loss on £10 wagering requirement. RTP's are stated as being well over 95%, however the real life results show it is entirely different. Avoid, avoid, avoid!
