Cheat Meals (Bristol)

I've not had any issues with Cheat Meals, food arrives in good condition and well packaged:
- love the loaded fries, good size portions and flavoured well.
- Biscoff milkshake is my favourite, along with Strawberry & Mango, all the chocolate milkshakes are too sweet.
- Gooey chocolate cake is amazing, arrives warm and well packaged. I tried sticky Toffee once, but was too sweet (1 portion is ideal to split with 4 people).
- I've also had various burgers, never disappointed; fully loaded.
All products reasonably priced, fast delivery.

Employers there on sufferance -Food poor quality!

Bad service, Poor quality food, Sad -slow -disinterested attitude.
12 Moor Street London :
Served by Farhad

After ordering:They forgot I had ordered whilst x2-3 people sitting in back chatting 🥱🧐Had to remind that I’d ordered . Place had only x1 other customer so not as if was busy.
When reminded went straight to chips -warmed chips and gave in 3-5 minutes after waiting 20minutes .
No apologies!
Food was off and chips old.
Returned with chips /food next day to show old-bad quality. Guy just looked at me -no apologies -no offer of replacement …nada-just blank stare.

Owners /Bosses -if you want your business to flourish it’s not just about venue but the type of customer service and quality of food. Employ people that take pride in their work!
These people behaved as if they were there on sufferance.

Overpriced and poor quality

The price of the double burger and cheesy fries was expensive but the food on the website did look good. When the food was delivered is was really disappointing. The burger was very small and the fries came with a pot of cheese sauce. When the sauce pot was opened the sauce spilt leaving less than half a pot. The cheese sauce was not thick in fact the consistency was the same as water and dipping the fries into the liquid just made the fries soggy. Im unsure what it was but it didn't taste of cheese. Needless to say it wasn't eaten. Very disappointed and definitely not worth the money

Cheat Meals - Goodge St W1T 2PS

We thought we would give it a try. Staff member was polite enough when ordering. The food however was not great - the chips were just bog standard out the bag.

The burgers were of poor quality and again appeared to be bog standard, frozen patties.

The staff member said it would be a meal deal but the receipt showed this was not the case and all items were individually charged with cans of coke at £1.99.

Not worth the cost and would not recommend.

Bristol Cheatmeals Takeaway

Bristol Cheatmeals Store - went to the cheatmeals store yesterday (09/11/24) at about 12_50pm. I ordered strips, one bite they were cold inside meaning they were not cooked properly. £4.99 for absolute rubbish ! And the excuses were pathetic.

Returning soon.

Wow!
Restaurant and staff really stands out.
Excellent decor, lovely seating arrangement, clean and well maintained toilet; excellent housekeeping through out.

Properly displayed and colorful menu board. Reasonably priced.
Polite, professional and experienced team members.

Food prepared to meet high standards and food safety regulations.

Young man Naveed/Naveen exercised patience, listened attentively whilst displaying positive body language and responded well to my queries regarding my dietary requirements (allergens, etc.)

My meal was served and packaged with love and care. Very delicious. I cannot wait to visit soon.
Thanks to the entire team at Cheat Meals - Bristol.
Regards.

Disrespectful rude and unhelpful

I ordered just two items an apple juice and a snickers milk shake. They didn’t send a straw which is absolutely ridiculous! I can’t open the milkshake to drink it because it comes up over where the lid opens and will go everywhere. I phoned up and spoke to them to complain at the Stoke Newington branch where I ordered and asked them to send me a straw. I was told I was being difficult by the guy on the phone because I refused to buy a dip and pay for another delivery just to get a straw, that’s on top of wasting over £5 on a milkshake I can’t drink, but they didn’t want to pay for a delivery. I don’t have a sink where I’m staying and it’s poring with rain outside so I can’t open it or it will make a serious mess. That’s absolutely disgusting! I’m never ordering from them again the rude disgusting idiot! How dare he speak to me like that. They have no class no respect for their customers and are extremely rude, expecting me to spend more money to cover their idiotic mistakes and then insulting me for refusing!

Warning: Dishonesty at Raynes Lane Restaurant - Misleading Claims About Halal Certification

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this restaurant. When I asked a staff member if their food was halal, they assured me it was, despite there being no sign outside indicating it. When I requested to see their halal certificate, they admitted they didn't have one. It's unacceptable to mislead customers about such an important aspect. My advice: steer clear of this place, as they are dishonest and cannot be trusted.

Wow what can I say; decided to stop at cheat meals to try out their burger and wings and oh my made the right decision. Firstly the place looks spotless, the guy at the till ( Jalal) assisted us and provided information about the burgers and selection of their mouth watering wings.
We ordered chicken mexican burger and beef burger cheese crazy with chips and soft drinks on the side. We also opted for a portion of buffalo and korean wings ( honestly can say the food was absolutely delicious ). The guys behind the counter were friendly. Thanks for such hospitality! we will deffo return soon for another cheat meal ;). From Sam & Huma
