Shipping is 5 star and customer service communication is 5 star +. I hit the jackpot when I took the risk of doing business with these people but it has been hassle free on every angle.Premium product for mid grade price. Every thing came just as I ordered. I figured this review ia least I could do to show appreciation and let others know this is the go for firearm accessories and ammunition and in bulk. I cant name a gun company or firearm that they couldn't load and for probaly every military branch in US. I have 4 of the best of the firearm world and have extra mags amd 1000 rounds of the best. I advise to always use from factory mags. Aftermarket will jammed almost guaranteed on any make or model and they have all that too. I will alway be ready for war with thes people of ever got that serious. Then world is so unpredictable on every level.

The products the personal and the management at CTD are great. My wife and I have been shopping at CTD for over 20 years and are now retired. The value the service and the great people that work there are the best. I’m always looking at their website and need more things to keep me up to date. I have never had a bad experience and with CTD and you need to shop there too! RDN says so…

Just tried to purchase a batch of ammunition. They would not sell without a scanned copy of my driver's license to "prove my age". Since I try to prevent my info from getting out there without absolute necessity I refused. They had no alternative method, even after a phone call. Mind you I wouldn't be able to get a credit card it I wasn't at least 18..... Of course they say it would be deleted after review, but too many companies have been compromised when they say the same thing. If all the other 'big' companies will fulfill a sale with self verification, then why cant they? I see this as onerous, imposing privacy risks for a company they say supports exercise of the 2A.

A few days ok I made an order in to Cheaper Than Dirt, when my package arrived it was damaged & 3 items were missing. It was a large order & I was unaware of the missing items at that time & when I did notice I emailed in explaining the problem. Well per store policy you need pictures of the damaged package in order to be replaced, which is a good policy in today’s world I believe, unfortunately I’d already disposed of everything. I explained what I’d done and that I understood their policy and was willing to take my loss & go on. To my surprise they reached back out to me & refunded my money for the missing items even though I didn’t follow the procedure. Customer service like that is rare these days especially to the little man such as myself & our smaller orders. They went above & Beyond in order to make things right with me & my order when they didn’t have to. I placed my order on Dec 23rd ( probably not the best time to order product given the holiday season) with a message back when it shipped that I would receive my order on Sat, Dec 27th. I arrived home today (Friday, Dec 26th) and my order was sitting at my front door - 1 day earlier on a date that I was very happy with. Thankyou for the great service I received - truly 5 Stars!

I ordered the wrong laser for one of my pistols. I got in touch with customer service to see about how to return it for the right part. And they told me to just keep it, and they gave me store credit for what I bought, not including the shipping they have reasonable pricing and fast delivery.
I know people complain about the delivery price. But that is for Express shipping. I ordered my stuff on Monday and I received it Tuesday. The time before that I ordered some stuff and it took about 2 days, but I ordered it very late at night plus I think it was A weekend day.

Best prices, packaging and delivery. I have purchased ammo from this merchant from small to large calibers over the years and have always been satisfied. You can't go wrong with buying ammo from them.

Ammo prices with delivery still better value than other places. Order placed Monday, received Wednesday. Very happy with transaction.

I used these folks back in my .12 gauge and .45 ACP days to stock up on some sweet ammo deals and misc items. Back then they were the best on price and delivery. Now years later, doing some 5.56 and .308 stuff, I still find they are the best. Price. Delivery. Customer Service (which only needed once in 7 years) is the best too.

They ship fast. They were very accommodating when I changed my mind on an order. They gratiously canceled it and allowed me to do a corrected order.

I am honestly surprised at all the negative feedback. I ordered ammunition for a very reasonable price and had it stolen just soon after delivery. When I reached out -- everyone was super nice, followed up with me casually on the weekends, and worked with me to get it all resolved. It seems to me no one bothered to call or email to work through their issues. Betty -- if you see this, thanks again for all your help. 10/10 would reorder and will continue to exclusively.

I have ordered ammunition via 'Cheaper Than Dirt' for several years now. They have always seemed to have the best prices anywhere. The packaging has always been prompt and the delivery is fast and always delivered before the due date. The ammunition has always been fresh and of good quality. The tech. support has always been helpful and readily available. I highly recommend 'Cheater Than Dirt'!!!

These guys are seriously dishonest. No ability to cancel or change an order once you click on it. Takes them multiple business days to even actually ship your stuff.

Ordered a pistol magazine and paid $10 for shipping. 3 weeks later and the package seems to be lost in transit 20 miles from my house. Have asked for a refund. Nothing forthcoming from Cheaper, suspect I’m out $32.
Avoid this vendor, expect nothing and you won’t be disappointed.

I ordered three magazines from them and what they sent me are very cheaply made. No refund, 25%restocking fee and I pay for shipping both ways. This is not the way good companies do their business. Stay far away from these guys. They will get you every time.

In September of 2024 I purchased 250 rounds of American Quality 5.56 62 gr. ammo from Cheaper Than Dirt.
Out of 250 rounds, I have fired, or tried to fire 88. Of the 88 only about 45 functioned properly, the remaining were either duds, or had jammed in both my AR rifles.
This is a failure rate of more than 50%.
Cheaper Than Dirt has changed ownership in the time since I placed this order and the new owners aren't taking ownership of this issue. So, I write to you in the hopes that you can rectify this issue for me.
Upon investigation I see that this brand has had these issues since 2017 and it begs the question did Cheaper Than Dirt know about this? Does Cheaper Than Dirt knowingly sell faulty items? Especially ammunition, which is the most safety sensitive item in the shooting sports world. I hope not.
In the past I have made purchases from Cheaper Than Dirt, but I understand that you are now under new ownership and as new owners I am sure you wish to keep the good will and name of Cheaper Than Dirt.
Maybe not. Maybe you are just hoping for a quick buck. I hope not, but in any case, I am sure that the shooting fraternity will want to know this.

I ordered a Mesa Urbino stock for my Remington 870 and they shipped me a stock that does not fit my 870. I asked for a return/refund and they (Max) said they would issue me a store credit, minus the shipping both ways and a 25% restocking fee. That a $56 loss for something that was their fault. It’s unacceptable so I’m keeping the stock in hopes I can modify the trigger guard or stock to make it fit. I will NOT buy from them again and other potential customers should beware.
