SCAM!! DO NOT BUY!!! BAIT & SWITCH!
SCAM!!! This company advertised a fare for a flight of $290. I received confirmation email with fine print saying I would receive my e-tickets within 24-48 hours. The next day, I logged in and got my Delta Confirmation number. Everything matched. I picked my seats, added my rewards number and printed my itinerary from Delta's site. Then that evening Cheapbestfares called and told me the fare increased to $600 if I wanted the tickets and it was somehow Delta's fault?! I logged onto Delta and saw half the trip was gone from the confirmed itinerary! I complained and said I wasn't paying the increase. They they said if I'd like to cancel the confirmation. I said, "no" and that I wanted to speak to a supervisor. Of course, no supervisor was "available" for 2-3 hours. I called Delta and while I was on hold, Cheapbestfares canceled the entire itinerary. Please don’t fall for their SCAM! They already had all my identifying info and my credit card number—then they wanted double the agreed upon price.

Unfortunately, the resort that we were booking was unavailable. Long story short, Neil went above and beyond to find us accommodations. The area seemed to be the place to be at that time of year. The site searched flights, failed to complete & confirm. Reps helped @ higher price but got it confirmed. Contacted supervisor "Will" who explained why, benefits received withbooking & assisted in completion, subtleties & even my seat assignment.

This company advertised a fare for a flight of $820.60 for 3 passengers. I received confirmation email with fine print saying I would receive my e-tickets within 24-48 hours. A few hours later, they called and told me the fare was actually $1850 if I wanted the tickets. RIDICULOUS! Please don’t fall for their SCAM! They already had all my identifying info and my credit card number—then they wanted more money.

Kendall was extremely helpful and patient with me and with my situation and would receive 5 stars from me. I am ranking Cheapbestfares a 4 star on the fact that I had to pay fees for making changes to our flight plans. Now the changes had nothing to do with them and it maybe the norm to be charged. They are scammers
They are scammers. Every positive review here is FAKE. They “sold” me tickets at one price, called the next day and said Delta just notified them there were no tickets available at that price anymore, and I had to either cancel the reservation or pay $300 extra. After agreeing to paying extra they first charged my account that amount, and then $600 for some flight I have never bought, and another $300 for the second flight I have never bought. The bank ended up taking the hit for the unauthorized charges, but the fact is the scammers got the free money from illegally using my card number and three digits on the underside of the card. All of them are Indians. They call themselves “Shane”, “Robin”, etc. which they are not. BEAWARE

the reviews that are checked invited are fake
This is a scam set up in India. DO NOT put your credit card information in, they will tell you your flight was cancelled and not refund your money. They did not get mine because thankfully I got suspicious and called my bank and cancelled my card. Instead of an email with your confirmation number they email you and call you to get more money with a stupid idiotic excuse.
Fake fake fake reviews. And the generic American names ha ha ha.. and "invited" reviewers are fake, they are not actual customers of this scamming company
