Great customer service
Kendall is a very pleasant, experienced , professional with a great customer service. The proses was tedious, but Kendall made it easy for me to get my ticket. The ticket price was completely out of my budget and expectation, but at least he be able to get me direct flight. He took his time to find this ticket for me. Kendall was very good. He explained details of a complex process well. He guided me to a site where I could verify the number he gave me. He responded within the timeframe he indicated he would. The service was great. I have been searching for an affordable flight booking for a couple of days. Each day the price kept increasing but Cheapbestfares gave me the cheapest and the best, far beyond my expectation. And their customer service was great too.

I've used them for both an international and domestic flight and saved a bundle both times. They have access to flights and rates cheaper than what I can find online. I was skeptical at first, but trust me, it works great! Within 24 hours of booking online, the tickets come through. After fraud prevention stopped the sale, they worked with me to make sure I received the tickets at the cheap rate.
