It's a pretty bad website. The gay chat admin Inkandtatts is a paedophile yet bans and criticises his fellow kind on forums; don't go throwing rocks in glass houses, Nick. The general chat admin Leigh harasses and stalks other users who cross her bad side which is the only side she has. That's the best you're going to get from this scummy website. Not everything that glitters is gold and there is certainly no gold to be found there.

Mods threaten police against a minor for an accidental keyword filter trip. While predators and catfishers roam freely here.
Avoid.

Stay away from girls chat. Full of weirdos and paedos. Admin and mods don’t do anything about it. Two of the mods are on a power trip who have nothing better to do than bully and troll other users. They and the head admin have their little kliq and will kick you for breathing. Just stay away.

do not go into girls chat. alot people go in this room looking for underaged girls. there are men in thier 40's with underaged girls on thier friends list the mods and admin do nothing about it and even have child preditors on their own friends list. the mods and admin ban members from the room when people say anything against them. its wrong and sickening behaviour and this site should be closed down

I have been in this site for a few days but this has to be the worst creepiest and perverted site.

Many many posts appear saying 12f 13f and links to chat and when reported nothing happens and it’s the same people constantly doing it. And the idiots don’t same fazed or bothered by it.

As soon as you enter a chat room you get dm by bots to click a dodgy link for chat normally 5 a time and you just close them. If you leave and come back it’s the same 5 people trying to scam.

They limit the amount of reports dispite the vileness of the comments and perversions going on. ESP dm comments to me that are disgusting, how can people think like this.

It definitely attracts preds and perverts looking for under age chats/roleplay and grooming for "meets". It will start with the hi daddie comment and here we go it starts. I have never seen the moderators "kick" wrongdoers. This is really vile and horrible place to be.

Constant requests to join telegram or whereby or SESS. Now this is non stop and the mods are totally useless. This site is run managed by paedophiles no question or doubt

So I called them out so they gave me a 2 hour ban and tried to scare me with this message

See if they took the same approach to underage, paedos, sick adults and more there site would be cleaner

Why i can't log in now? Is chat avenue down?

Its a sick place full of scammers and pedos. They seem to be predominantly Indian. You can easily catch them out if they claim to be in UK just ask for their postcode. If they claim to be a teen ask them what their favourite band, song or singer is. The mods are useless and let people continually advertise cp. It needs to be closed down and the owners jailed.

I personally witnessed the owner posing as a teen girl on teen chat trying to lure kids to send pics.

I've been on that site for about 3 years and it has brought me nothing but stress, anger, paranoia and sadness. The administration of the site is a joke, mods protect pedos, gang up on those who are against it, make up accusations.
The sites are full of pedos, perverts, scammers, bots, people who are willing to tear you down, manipulate others, blackmail them. Sure, you can find very few good apples, but is it worth it? I don't think so.
For your own sake and sanity, don't ever go there.

Worst website on Earth.

Needs to be taken down immediately, it is a recipe for disaster! I went on there saying I’m thirteen and a female because I am, the amount of disgusting men and women who messaged me and molested me and who sent me links to them raping children but I never opened the links because I did not want to see that. This website is basically a free space for disgusting predators to prey on children on anyone under the age of 18, the moderators do nothing about the predators and I got banned for nothing!

A bad place to spend quality time, there are a handful of legit users and a bunch of scammers. It's the perfect playground for them, as soon as you log on there's a couple bots inviting you to scam websites. And then there is the African scammer with his desire to take you out of that site. They prefer Google chat, sometimes Skype or Telegram. I've reported hundreds of them in two weeks, nothing happened and more than that moderators such as Absolute Bi..

Mods like Summer keep making false, vague, or otherwise bogus warnings for non-existent rules (and/or violations) while neglecting reports of scammers, pedos, minors and _actual_ rulebreakers. I've made multiple complaints against multiple mods for such incompetence using Chat-Avenue's feedback form, but it chooses to do nothing about their incompetent volunteer moderation teams.

Maybe if Chat-Avenue used its ad revenue to hire competent staff, maybe then mods would be motivated to do the job correctly (and with a level of professionalism absent from the current volunteer force).
