Took my Canon camera in today which was malfunctioning. The Gentleman explained the proceedure for sending it off for repair and the possible costs. Then he said he would look at it first. Very quickly he diagnosed the problem and sorted it there and then. Pleasant, helpful and didnt charge. Fabulous service

Tunbridge Wells shop and services feel very outdated and all stock in store way overpriced on almost everything when compared to about almost anywhere else.
The salesman didn`t seem at all interested. In fact I felt like I`d interrupted his time in the shop even though it was empty. It`s the 2nd time I`d visited so I feel it wasn`t a one off. The experience was patronising and quite unpleasant. I would not recommend this shop if you want a nice shopping experience and I ended up buying my Sony ZV1 camera and extras at John Lewis.
