I have visited this studio for a quite a few tattoo projects. Absolutely love getting tattooed here by Jenna, it’s always a blast. Jenna is an extremely talented artist, and her art and spirit always keeps me coming back for more. The tattoos are beautifully designed and placed onto the skin with care. Will certainly continue getting tattoos from Jenna for the foreseeable future.

I’ve been tattooed by Jenna Chasinghawk many times over the years and have been meaning to leave a review for a while now. Every experience I’ve had with her has been nothing short of fantastic. Jenna consistently goes above and beyond at every stage of the process—from the initial consultation to the final aftercare advice.

She clearly communicates everything, including payment instructions, and always makes sure you’re fully informed and comfortable. The work I’ve had done is quite extensive, and I’m very, very happy with the results. The quality is always exceptional—detailed, thoughtful, and beautifully executed.

Jenna creates a relaxed, calm atmosphere in her private studio space, which allows for a truly individualized experience. It’s one-to-one, unrushed, and very supportive. She’s always available to discuss aftercare or answer any questions you might have, even after your appointment. Her reliability and professionalism have always stood out to me.

My most recent tattoo with her was in March of this year, and as always, it was a great experience. I genuinely look forward to my next session. I highly recommend getting tattooed by Jenna, especially if you’re looking for unique, one-off indigenous infused style tattoos. Thank you, Jenna!

Massively unprofessional and no communication skills. Late both sessions, misleading charging policies manipulated to squeeze as much money as possible out of the client, she outright lied to my face on multiple occasions, victim-blaming for her own shortcomings at every opportunity, mocked me for being in pain during the tattoo, overcharged by 30%, then refused to offer aftercare support and blocked me. Decent tattoo but still - avoid like the plague.

Need a tattoo in London? I'd say skip Jenna. I've spent over 56 hours getting inked by her, and it's been a hassle every time. She's always late (like, hours late), changes appointments last minute, or sometimes doesn't show up at all. She doesn't work in a studio, so when she's late, you're stuck waiting in a coffee shop or out in the cold because her work neighbours don’t like people hanging in the hallway. When I called her out for being late and asked for a discount, she just YELLED at me (how is this normal?) and told me to find someone else.

Money-wise, it's a mess too. What was supposed to be a 5-6k job turned into more than 8k, and it's not even finished. The tail that she told me would take 4 hours took over 10. She's got skills, sure, but her people skills? Zero. Every time I tried to bring something up, I was the one in the wrong. This isn't the first time she's bailed on a big project either. I had to quit before finishing my tattoo, which sucks because I've wanted it since I was 8. She'll have her side of the story, but honestly, it's not worth the risk. Find someone who's talented and actually respects your time.
