Very quick and helpful responses and follow up from some issues that came up during an inspection - our agent helped arrange solutions quickly and efficiently. He also helped provide financial requested at very short notice - really helpful!

I had an issue with my Commode’s Cistern. The water was stopped filling cistern. I thought if I raise the issue to fix, it might take ages, but Harry and Adam they took it seriously this case and they followed up continuously.
The best thing is they considered our best time of availability and according to that they arranged the plumber to fix it.

Geanina and Sarah from Charters were very helpful and professional when I had an emergency leak at my property. They dealt with the issue swiftly and a plumber came to the property the same morning and fixed the issue. Great customer service.

Andy was great, answered every question and was very friendly.

Have had a great Expericence with Emma and Stacy. As a first time buyer , the whole experience has been quite alot but theyve been patient and explained every step of the process to us. Much Appreciated !!

Through out the whole process I was informed and kept up to date. Jo the lady who was dealing with me was a pleasure to know.

We were in the process of buying a house in Farnham which fell through last minute. We urgently needed to secure a rental in the area and Kirstie Stone was incredible in helping us do that in what was a very stressful situation. She was always available and efficient, I cant thank her enough for the support. The whole experience reflects very positively on Charters.

I have not had to report much but recently had a leaking tap and it was handled quickly and efficiently using a professional contractor. Easy to report, good communication and work completed well.

My husband and I had a viewing of a rental property with Chloe B from Charters, Southampton. Chloe was friendly and approachable from the start. Chloe answered questions we had with knowledge and professionalism giving us an insight to the area etc and allowing us to have a good look around without feeling rushed. Thank you Chloe!
