I absolutely adored living here, the staff were always kind and went out of there way to help and support all residents. There are night time security staff which gives peace of mind as well as wonderful Tim who fixes things with a no fuss and big smile. The apartments themselves are designed to be a perfect fit for an easy lifestyle. Quick to clean and I found they were incredibly energy efficient and my bills were very low. I was lucky to have a sundrenched 4th floor apartment and rarely needed the heating.. it could be a little warm in summer, so if you like cool choose rear facing and lower appartments. It was incredibly peaceful I never heard my neighbours and so convient for town the station and little Tesco . Best of all you can have pets and there are nice parks nearby.. I have genuinely never lived anywhere that I liked so much. I only moved to get a garden and with the rotten weather I now wonder why...
Please be assured that you will quickly feel at home here and for me it was such stress free living. On moving out I was treated with the usual kindness . I had taken every step to look after and keep the apartment clean to a high standard so I had no issues on moving out.
And I genuinely would go back in a heart beat , I miss the easy life, community and having Sharon and Elaine to say hi to .

AVOID AT ALL COSTS - THEY WILL HIT YOU WITH RIDICLOUS EXIT 'DAMAGE FEES'

In my case, they failed to conduct a valid opening inventory, did zero cleaning before I moved in, and gave me the property with existing damage. Despite me sending numerous maintenance reports, emails and photos to get them to fix this damage and do the 'professional cleaning' that was built into the high price, they then tried to charge ME for this damage and sent me a big cleaning bill on my departure.

I have lived in 8 rentals and none have been as moneysucking as these people.

Please don't assume my case is a one-off either - everyone I know who lived there had a similar treatment when they left. This landlord will try every trick in the book to squeeze you on exit charges.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. There are far nice properties in Rugby, for a lower price tag, with a far less parasitic attitude to their tenants.
