Poor Communication and Services
I agree completely with the previous review. These guys are not competent. After being in digital commerce for 20 years, this company is by far the worst I have come across. I do not recommend their services.

Technically incompetent
Sadly, technically incompetent, commercially inept.
The numbers speak for themselves. ChannelPilot took over existing Amazon and eBay Channels. After 12 months, the revenue was half of what it was.
ChannelPilot missed the launch date. ChannelPilot was unable to deal with our industry sector and had not prepared their database. ChannelPilot technology joined up products that had nothing to do with one another and put them into a single listing (eBay). ChannelPilot mass re-listed products when fixing their mistakes, incurring '000s of pounds of cost. After 12 months, we had enough.
Good sales pitch, really poor implementation.
