I recently viewed some properties with Tom Houlihan, he has been really kind and helpful. He is professional at his job and also passionate to introducing the houses.

Tom is an asset to the company. I had a great experience viewing two properties with Tom. My car was at the mechanic, so I cycled to one of the properties and had to travel quite a distance for the other one. Tom kindly gave me a lift to the second property and explained all the details clearly. He even dropped me back with my bike. Normally, I am not a fan of chancellors, but Tom was exceptional.

We have been a pleasure to interact with Mr Houlihan on the search of our house. He is very friendly and seems always genuine to respond to our queries. He has been fantastic in communicating with tenants and landlords to ensure that our physical viewing goes smoothly.

We had some difficult months/years with Chancellors where properties issues were being left unresolved for a long period of time. This creates a lot of frustration and worry as some of the issues were relating to H&S as the leaks were left to get worse. It was a long journey but all the leaks are finally dealt with, all thanks to Maria Proko! What a brilliant and needed addition to the Chancellors team! Maria came in ready to get issues resolved keeping the tenants and landlord in mind at all times. She is honest, professional, responsive and proactive. Communication was a big issue for a long time but since Maria joined the team, we have felt much more comfortable and well looked after. Maria find herself between tenants and landlords but I must say her approach is so well balanced! She made sure we know what could be done and when as well as keeping both sides, tenants and landlord’s needs in mind. She has restored our faith and we now feel if there are any issues, Chancellors will listen and act as quickly as possible. Maria you get a 10/10 from us - once again, THANK YOU!
