I wanted to warn anyone considering buying from Champion store. about my disappointing experience. I returned two items more than a month ago following their return policy exactly, but I’m still waiting for my refund, even weeks later. Despite numerous attempts to reach out to their customer service, I haven’t received any response or resolution and they are completely ignoring me. Please do not make the same mistake and do not buy from this store.

i ordered many times and and it was ok ...since they changed from belgium to italy its all sht.. sendet clothes back waited 2 weeks to get 1/6 of my money back dont ask me why its 1/6 i gues they fked up badly and now no response to get the rest of my money ...A RECCOMENDATION FOR U ALL JUST IMMEDIATELY CALL YOUR LAWYER AND PAYPAL IF U PAID WITH IT DONT BOTHER WRITING THEM OVER AND OVER AGAIN

First time I visited this site as I liked a hoodie online.
£55 or if you sign up you get 15% off being a new customer.
I signed up.
Went to the checkout to purchase the item and the code didn’t work.
Contacted them and was advised that the discount code doesn’t work on already discounted items… hmm??
£55 hoodie wasn’t in the discounted items. And if it was there’s no mention online and £55 for a champion hoodie is definitely not reduced!
Better brands & quality elsewhere.
Customer service isn’t the best either.

i returned some clothes, never got my refund and no answer from costumer service. this is a scam!!!

This is the worst clothing brand. Bought 3 hoodies online for £46 each. What a rubbish cheap material they used for it, the fittings are not good either. Even Primark hoodie quality is way better than them. I wanted to return them but unfortunately, I didn’t know their return policy is only 14 days, and no exchange is accepted. A premium clothing SCAMMERS.
They just kept their prices up to pretend like they are expensive premium brands. DONOT fall in their business trap. SCAMMERS.

Bought a hoodie from the champion store in soho which is supposed to hold the best quality champion clothing in stock. One wash and the hoodie was totally covered in lint/bobble. Emailed Champion and they said they couldn't help.

Brought some sliders . However size was too small and I’ve tried contacting them but no reply at all.

I've ordered many times at the champion webshop, but this time it went wrong. I've ordered on the 31st and now it's the 3rd of June. I've paid €4,95 extra to receive my parcel via UPS in 1-2 days.no package, so I've mailed them two times yesterday and today no feedback on my emails. I've called all the numbers on the site and I got a voicemail wich says that from Monday till Friday between 9am - 17pm you can call, but they're not open🤔 then I called a store in Amsterdam and they said there's a cyber attack on the website and that they don't involve the issue because the store is not the same like the webshop. I'm already getting frustrated because I've read the reviews today and I'm getting a weird feeling about champion because they have all my personal identification and they have to be responsible to keep this information save for hackers and ID thiefs ... Now I know it a special day in the UK so I'll wait until Monday and see if they'll come trough. So I'll keep you all informed with this issue

Don't forget. If you pay £4.95 for '24 hour delivery' on a Saturday, you won't receive your order until Tuesday.
The website says despatch won't happen over the weekend, but its not made clear enough that you won't even get your order on Monday. Championstore shouldn't be taking 24 hour delivery charges on weekend orders

All good. I ordered a pair of the denim joggers. They were on sale for £25 off and they arrived within a week. Quite good considering the busy holiday period. Well packaged, right item, right size.

No contact after payment. Only an automatic answer that the following link are containing virus. The homepage look very autentic but don´t get fooled.

I have been waiting for a refund of 65.00 since the 2September it’s now the 18th have rang, emailed countless times nobody knows what is going on and get fobbed off every time?! I will never buy from these again customer service is shockingly bad! I don’t think they will ever pay it back! Useless company don’t bother 😤

I've ordered clothes online a lot the past few months from Superdry and Asos. I've ordered multiple clothes in one order and not had a single issue. I ordered from Champion for the first time and ordered one item. A simple white sweater in size small. What I got was an extra large size with a sweater that didn't even match the picture on the website. After no email replies for 3 days, I called customer service and was told I'd have to return the wrong item before an exchange could be made. Essentially, their policy here is I have had money taken out of my bank account to receive an item THEY got wrong and it is now down to me to rectify the issue for them. Advice to Champion - if you're going to abuse your customers like this, drop the price of your clothes to compensate for the incompetence of your services. Disgraceful.

Great quality tshirt , was happy with the price. It arrived today "boxed" and was wrapped lovingly in champion branded tissue paper. Got to say it felt very much like opening a gift. Absolutely delighted.
