DELIVERY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE GREAT BUT SHORT 4 STAKES, BETTER CHECKING OF ORDERS NEEDED

After a good previous purchase I had cause to use Challenge Fencing again for some materials for a small project. Delivery was quicker than expected, a little expensive compared to the value of the goods bought, but I guess that's just the economics of running delivery services with the high fuel costs nowadays.

Visited Maidstone branch on behalf of a local primary school. All three staff being a lovely lady on the till, the branch manager and Paul in the yard went out of their way to help. Honestly have not come across such great customer service for ages. Thank you.

Writing on behalf of my father- I was visited by a lovely lady delivery driver on the 14th of July, she very kindly off loaded a fence post and concrete mix to me. Not only was she cheerful and professional, she went the extra mile and personally put the goods exactly where I needed them, rather than kerbside delivery. Being elderly, this helped me a great deal, and I would recommend to anyone who wants a professional and friendly service.

Telephoned first. Great service offering advice. At the shop same great polite service. Will be back! PS prices better than internet and other companies around.

Very friendly people to speak to and as soon as the items I ordered from them arrived at their depot they rang me and then delivered them to me within 2 hours.

The sleepers were just what we wanted. Delivery was fast and exactly when they said it would come, and we were kept informed of progress as soon as the order was placed right up until we received it. I would be happy to use this company again
