In general ok, but I describe some negative points that may be useful to others before booking: The person at the reception was rude and unfriendly. We had reserved a fiat 500 a long time ago, and they gave us a Panda. According to them they did us a favor by giving us a free upgrade as the Panda is in THEIR classification in a higher category. Obviously in Fiat's price list the Fiat500 costs more than a Panda (mild hybrid base models). There were 2 of us so the 500 suited us very well and then it was an opportunity to try it while we really don't like the Panda. Upon our request that we would have preferred the 500 and were not interested in the (fake) upgrade, we were told that it was not available despite our booking being months earlier. It was late and we gave up. The Panda was new but was given to us with a completely empty tank. Usually the cars (in all the other rentals I have done around the world) have always been given to me with a full tank. This way it is easy and fair to return in the same conditions by filling up near the return point. However, having to return it empty, it is impossible to be precise without risking running out of money. Another aspect that I didn't like and which is not very transparent on the site is that, although I had paid a lot of money to get all the possible insurance, including the elimination of the deductible, upon delivery they told us that in the event of an accident with fault there would still have been €90 to pay for the insurer who had to intervene on site. It's not so much the figure but the lack of transparency. The mats supplied with the car were not of a suitable size and were dangerous as they continually moved while driving, jamming the accelerator, brake and clutch pedals. When returning the car the guy was very rude and didn't even say hello.
