I ordered some furniture from this company from the French website as they mentioned that delivery would happen within 3 days.
Not only is my order delayed, but I also have had to pay extra fees for customs (UK to France)...
I havn't received any furniture yet one week after my order... This is a very disappointing experience I must say.
Item not as sold, 4 emails no reply. Suggest that this company are not to be trusted.

Great interactions with customers' service who contacted me a few days after my order. All products were not available for a quick delivery so they proposed other colors for one article to keep the initial delivery date.
My 3 chairs are great: nice quality and perfect delivery.

These chairs are very weak
Quickly broken with a very straight use
Hopefully the company is sending me new equipment to replace it with no extra fees.
This is such a great company, buy with confidence. I had a problem with delivery and the staff really went out of their way to help sort the issue out and were super helpful, friendly and communicative. I have my chair, in lighting fast time, and it's such a great product and a really great price. Will be buying more and will definitely recommend. Thank you so much!!!
