Excellent service

I have recently been collecting Dansk Burchetta glass ware. I’m glad that Cherish is a resource for vintage items.

The Cherish part of the purchase was great,but the seller left out a significant defect on the silverplate lid..this really disappointed me as I purchased the container as a gift. I don't need it, so I wonder if I should fi d someplace to resilver the lid.

The seller was great about communicating with me about the shipment. The two plates arrived promptly, were well packaged and I love them!

Love the pot in which I purchased, price very fair as well! I know shipping charges can be steep, but the shipping charge was much higher than pieces which I buy on Etsy (sorry!)

The table I bought is a different color than the picture. I’m keeping it but it pisses me off. The items you buy need to match the picture.

More communication regarding shipping and the timing of delivery would have been helpful. I had a two-day heads up on the delivery after placing the order 3-4 weeks prior. The delivery person himself did a nice job on the actual delivery when it happened.

Fast and easy delivery - good product. Wish delivery charge was cheaper, but it is what it is.

I am incredibly disappointed in my purchase and overall response from Chairish. I bought a couch that said “suede style” in the listing, but in the actual materials description was listed as suede ONLY. I felt that justified the high price of the couch. I even asked for more pics, but you can’t tell in the pictures. Upon delivery it’s a scratchy upholstery not even close to suede. I complained to Chairish that I felt that was deceptive marketing and they offered me a ridiculous $100 towards ANOTHER purchase- not even a refund. Buyer beware- you have to pay for return shipping. I will never buy on Chairish again.
