Spent almost 3 years with cheating and miserable service
If you read these reviews you get impressed. I personally believe they are all fake ones written by their own team and acquaintances, with some familiar names there. They also recently violated upwork terms and conditions, not paying the balance. I developed web project with them since 2014 for three years. Their knowledge on the scale from 1-10 would be somewhere 2-3, not what you see on their self evaluated skills. Asked me to modify my review from 1-star to 5-star rating if they give me the code I have paid for during the development. Does it sound ridiculous?!? Eventually they never did.
CHEATING. Puneet Rao cheated from the very beginning of the project. They were building the project, but wouldn't give me an access to inspect it. Eventually when I was able to access the old version of the website, many things were missing or didn't work as supposed. They were reporting that job was completed but still not releasing the code I was paying for. As being amature I didn't know that and didn't request it. They were saying scripting on Yii2 platform but in reality it was older Yii1 that now not even being used.
UNPROFESSIONAL/LOW SKILLS. On the early stage web project was not planned accordingly, no specifications and tasks document properly created or approved. Job was miserable, really, not joking, a lot of simple mistakes that had to be redone multiple times. For example, they were redoing american address format four times to display properly in the form. Messaging, notifications, home page, user profiles, etc. were redone multiple times.
People involved into this project were Puneet Rao, Madhusudan Singh, Mohnish Bohra, Rashmi Sharma, Vijay Narwani, Rajesh Saran, Abhay Sharma. Backed out from their promises refusing to fix bugs that came up on the website that never went live or been ever used. I was sitting spending hours of my time checking on their mistakes as a project manager while their manager was cooling off and didn't want to control their own team. Eventually it took them 3 years for a 9 months project that I decided to terminate.
Situation very bad inside the company. Lots of staff movement, they hire cheap programmers out of street who end up leaving the company in few months. Always arguing, speculating and hard to work with. I had bad experience with them and wish other people won't have the same. If you ever want to work with this company be prepared to waste money and time. Rather stay away!!!
