Do not go to this bank for a mortgage

Do not go to this bank for a mortgage. They will bury you with document request, then sell the mortgage to a third party who will then sell it to the Feds. Then the audit requests start rolling in. Plenty of options other than this bank.

Stay away from this bank

Stay away from this bank. This bank supports the scammers. Even if you inform them about the scam, they will not take any action. They have an account for geminifin.com, which scammers operate. CFSB shows zero interest in taking any action.

Stay way from this bank.

This bank and an ACH service provider…

This bank and an ACH service provider has committed some type of fraud or scam against my daughter, who is a college student. Her refund was somehow deposited into an account at this bank instead of her account at Truist Bank. When reaching out for assistance, they redirected her back to her bank and school. TRUIST Bank said they never received a ACH transfer for her, so there was nothing they could do. Her school said they released the refund to the deposit company, so there was nothing they could do. They both sent her back to the ACH service provider, who is sending my daughter in circles. Meanwhile, someone at CFSB has my daughters refund, and it needs to be redeposited into her account immediately!

Wise is running a scam with the Community Federal Savings Bank. Wrongful wires a being done and Wise doesn’t protect it’s own clients. If you go on the Google maps profile of the bank you will see all the clients being defrauded. It’s time to take action as we are talking about millions already.

Greenlight card

Greenlight card. Beware. Community Federal Savings Bank issues the Greenlight card. One of the worst customer service experiences of my life. We have dealt with fraud on our cards and a Customer service department that is slow or does not care. Now we decided to close our Greenlight account where we have a little over $5,000 in savings. We did everything Greenlight requested and was told it would take 5-7 business days to get our money. I call back to get an update and was told it would now be an additional 30 days. This is getting ridiculous. It is OUR money!

Moral of the story is find a different solution for your kids money. We are using Apple Pay which is much more secure, free, and has nearly all the same core features as Greenlight.

Wouldn’t recommend Ando if my life depended on it

I have their Ando card. After using them for a few months I had several unauthorized transactions appear on my account. They did credit the first couple of transactions but instead doing the right thing and reversing the charges on the other transactions, they shut down my account. I have until November 4th to withdraw funds. Do not recommend. Utterly abysmal customer service.

GREENLIGHT CARD!

GREENLIGHT CARD!! BEWARE!!

Greenlight cards are issued by Community Federal Savings Bank.

BEWARE!! BEWARE!! BEWARE!!
I had an unauthorized charge on my kids account. I called the same day to dispute the charge and the agent said it was just an authorization and it could fall off and advised i call back after so many days to make sure the charge goes through then I can file a dispute. Well I did this and now my dispute has been denied and they won't refund the money. Terrible customer service. They could have stopped the charge from processing from the 1st day. BEWARE!!!!

To follow up, after writing this review, someone emailed me right away saying they could help. All they did was re-submit the Dispute and it was denied again.

This company WILL NOT PROTECT YOU. Funds were taken out of my child's account and they really don't care. It's really not worth this much drama, when there are so many companies out there that will look out for you. I regret referring this company to my friends and family and will make sure to have them close their accounts before they lose money. I still cannot believe the outcome.
BEWARE!! BEWARE!! BEWARE!!
