We had an extremely disappointing experience with 'C F Hub' or 'Clean Freaks Hub'. This company still owes us £100 for a clean they simply did not turn up for 29 days ago and counting, without informing us at any point. The three cleans before that were also below standard, with work left incomplete (dirty dishes, bins not emptied, beds not made, dirty laundry, wet loads of laundry in the machine) and cleaners not briefed on the required tasks. This resulted in poor AirBnB reviews. Poor communication, poor service, and no accountability. I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere for a more professional outfit.

I wanted 1 wall to be wallpapered in my bedroom. The initial communication was good, but as soon as they got my 50% deposit, I had to keep chasing them. Eventually I got a date to do the work a few weeks later, but they never turned up and never told me they were not coming. They then gave me another date and didn't turn up the second time also without warning me. I found them through Checkatrade and they could not get hold of them either, so Checkatrade have removed them from their website. Terrible,
