Breach of contract
A contract was signed on 02/21, which appears as completed before DocuSign, that is, the fact that it appears like this means that it is valid and has everything it needs. On Ted's part, he sent us a document which we filled out with the information they requested. The contract is in inclusion because the funds have not been deposited. The contract says it is irrevocable, that is, both parties must comply with it. On their part, they tell us that the document is invalid, that is, in that logic, any DocuSign document is invalid despite being completed.

Buyer Beware
Buyer Beware. These guys are scum. They will purposely give you smaller loan first to then tell you they can now get you a bigger one. All to double up on there huge fees. Then they will sell your info to every broker in the country. You will get hundreds of solicitation calls. Day, night, and weekends. Usually 20-30 a day.
